We put down the deposit for an order of 7k + and completed the balance within a week. The scheduled delivery was a week later, and they showed up missing items after they already had 2 weeks putting the order together. They responded that they didnt have certain things in stock and will have to order them. The thing is they SHOULD already did that the day when we ordered not just realizing THAT the day the items should be delivered. Now, nearly another 2 weeks are going by, and we follow up with phone calls just to get answers like maybe Monday or maybe Thursday. As of this second, we still dont have our stove and pedestal for the dryer (without installation) which MAY come next week. Nice stuff but not worth the wait, shouldve ordered from Lows. The price is not cheap enough for a month worth of wait. Sales men were VERY nice, but the service is VERY poor. ps. We did know about several neg. reviews about Pacific Sales previously, but the suckers we are, we were sold by the sales team.

Pete C. is the man to see. This staff at this store has great customer service and product knowledge. I have always been treated by all staff members with respect. I will always return to Pacific Sales particularly because of one employee, Pete C. I have followed him from store to store because of his patience, knowledge, service and follow-through. Due to the quality of his work ethic, I have referred many of my friends, neighbors and work assocosiates to him . Each person thanked me because they received the personal and professional treatment they feel they deserve. No matter their need, kitchen, bath, appliance or entertainment, Pete always gives you an answer, if he doesnt know the particulars on any product, he would find out and follow up, if it is out of his area of expertise, he will get you in touch with the correct contact. That is customer service at its zenith, More companies should have personnel with the same work ethic and attitude.

Sales manager helped us pick out the best quality sink and shower faucets they really made our vision of style work. They have a huge selection all the home appliances you need and the staff makes the process smooth and easy. SOME of their products are special order so make sure you come enough time in advance before you want to instal your products because some products, such as our sink that we bought, take longer since their a specialty coming from the manufacture itself. But, thats why coming here is so great because you can really find top quality appliances unlike at Home Depot or Lowes.

They are quick to sell to you, very friendly and helpful but as soon as you are done buying from them, everything changes :( the customer service was horrible, delivery was pathetic, and the install guys have no idea what they are talking about..we had them come three times n they all said something different. Then finally after 10 days of going back n forth, we get the fridge in, and guess what, we have a damaged unit. Trying to get them to replace it has been another nightmare :(

As of this point we are very happy with the service ordered 3 frigidaire appliances and they were better priced than Howards, and lowes. Also, had a much more knowledgable staff, and were more friendly.. thanks Georgina. As long as everything from this point runs smooth we will be very happy.

A large show room. Many options for kitchen and bath both in terms of fixtures and appliences. However, if you are really looking to remodel your kitchen or bath and need a wider range of shower heads, tubs, etc., I recommend a true fixture shop.

They have bad service I went to pick up a metal tub was heavy I asked them for help to get it on my truck and they didnt say that insurance does not allow them to force ... sissies....
