We went in on December 31 to buy a wine chiller. There were very few models to choose from - almost entirely U-Line. They apparently havent heard of enabling customers to use the internet in the store to view the models they say they have but cant show you because the salesman suggested we go home to view other models (wow, thats helpful). We bought a unit on sale. We went to the checkout area to make our purchase. The "dude" with the mohawk haircut (so 1999) was so busy talking to the other clerk that he never greeted us, asked any questions, thanked us for our business, etc. Guess he figures that the recession doesnt impact his job cuz he has a cool haircut. The delivery people came in, dropped it off, and left so fast we barely knew we were there. Until we realized they werent coming in again to remove the packaging and shift the damn thing off and out of the packaging and let us make sure it works. A few hours later we got a call from someone asking how everything was. Terrible, we said ... we dont have a dolly or fork truck to move this damn thing. She said a manager would call us to make it right today. Guess what? No call. And no answer to the email also sent on Saturday. I suggest anyone who is is dissatisfied - and some people have had even worse experiences, though I havent been able to even plug in the damn thing to see if it works yet! - file an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Maybe theyll care about that rating getting even lower. Also consider complaining to every TV and radio station that carries their ads, letting them know what a bad company they are promoting. Maybe one of their consumer reporters will track down the "truth" behind Pacific Sales, theyll get a new president and ownership,and improve. Or maybe theyll notice that,hey, theres a recession, and start working to deserve some business. Otherwise I suggest we all wait for their "Going out of Business" sale before we buy from them again.

I had a very good experience in the Brea store today, as a woman, I do not have any knowledge for different brand kitchen appliances, I Just got a new home and need to replace all the kitchen appliances but I have no clue which one I should buy to fix my house. when I walk in the store, Nile approach me with smiling face. He is very knowledgable about all kinds of appliances and he was very patient and took lots of time to answer my questions, concerns, and explained to me the diff. and finally under his recommendation, I was able to make a decision to purchase the range top,refrigerator, oven/microwave than meets my needs. Thank you very much for your wonderful service. I would strongly recommend this store to all my friends.

Called for service for a refrigerator I bought there. Selecting “Service” on the automated system time after time sent me to a dead line. That is, no ring tone or recording. That should have been my clue. I tried over and over to no avail. After several tries over two hours I tried sales and after being on hold for several minutes and repeatedly being told that my call might be monitored someone answered. After he verified the purchase and asked what the problem was he said he couldn’t help and suggested I call the manufacturer. Why bother. Just say you don’t service what you sell.

Bought multiple, high end appliances for a kitchen remodel. Delivered wrong dishwasher, forgot to order microwave, scratched new woodwork delivering fridge and didnt properly level fridge. Failed to order extended warranty for fridge, that has had problems from day one, and service manager didnt return calls. Will never do business there again.

The Pacific Sales team (Anton) in Brea are warm, friendly, helpful, have quick access to answers, and NOT pushy. The display floor is laid out well and has something for any budget. Best place to buy quality appliances in the price you can afford.
