Received horrible customer service from an old lady in the mattresses department. The sales person is very rude and impolite. I have bad back and decide to purchase the tempurpedic mattress recently. Actually Ive already bought a sealy spring mattress from sears about a year ago and it causes my back ache every morning. I didnt have any back issue before I bought that mattress. So this time I decide to try it before ordering it. However, the experience was horrible. My husband and I was told by an old female salesperson in the mattress department that " I saw you laying here for a while and you two should move on." " Just leave right away." I cant get it if you dont want your customer to try the mattress they want to buy before buying it, why put these mattresses in the show room ? The worst shopping experience I ever have, just hope sears can have better employee education regarding politeness.

went to get some clothes for work, my son had to use the restroom, walked in and he says dad look theres glass, a meth pipe is broken on the floor and you can tell people have been stepping on it, I go to the break room and as for a manager two csr look left and say there, a black female says what, I say when was the last restroom cleaning, she says every 20 mins, bs, I told her whats in there and she says " Ill have some one clean it, what else. " Ill never go back there

In desperate need of a renovation. JC Pennys down the mall is doing it or is done with as of 7/1/13. Times have changed and with it, so has Sears. Im referring to the personnel thats changed. It no longer has the blue-haired older gals that once worked here with "PRIDE!" Now its just "young, inexperienced, need to have a job to pay my cell phone bill" or "working for the weekend" type. But Sears quality is always that!

If youre looking to get your car serviced, do not go to the West Covina Malls automotive repair shop. Wait time promised was not met; car keys were given to another customer; management never apologized for their error; and to top it off, their mechanic stole my sunglasses. Filed a complaint with their headquarters and was told someone in management would be calling me. Its been a week and no calls from anyone.

You cant return policy past 30 days that tells you what sears thinks about there tools that theyre crap,you cant even return something that still in the box untouched. Thats why there getting beat out by home depot and lows. Ill never buy a tool from sears again. So save your money and go get your better quality tools that theyll back go to Home Depot.

Bad customer service. Bought a lawn mower and picked it up online no problem. Went in to buy a gas can and Sears had it cheaper online. I was told at the cash register they will not match their own online price and if ordered online for store pickup I may have to wait 2 hours for the order to process. Terrible service to their customers.

STAY AWAY Dont try calling, they dont answer. Horrible customer service not that they are rude they just dont answer the phone they disconnect you from the phone and if you have questions they pass you around because nobody knows what theyre doing or poor training managers never available to take complaints or answer questions.

Sears has definitely kept up with the times as of late. i remember going in a while back and it was so old and outdated. now they seem to have a much better feel for a young stylish vibe.
