My dryer recently started to make a loud squealing sound and then just gave out. I started researching places that could come out and repair it since I was really not looking to go out and buy a new dryer. I called and spoke to Glenn who told me that he could get someone out to me (Milo) the same day and give me an estimate. Not to my surprise, the issue was the motor and it wasnt going to be a cheap fix. Milo told me what the cost for the parts and labor would be but also informed me that AARS had refurbished dryers that they could sell me at nearly the same cost for the what the repair would have been. They had a nice selection of dryers for me and my wife to decide from and we ended up with a Whirlpool that looked brand new. They also gave me a 120 Day warranty on it and if anything happened, they would come by and fix it....no charge! Milo dropped off our new dryer, installed it and hauled away our old one. I did A LOT of research on appliance repair people in the area and AARS Repairs had by far, the most positive reviews out there. I now know why they have so many and thats because these guys are amazing! If I ever need appliance repair services again, I will definitely be calling them back. Thank you guys for all that you do! You definitely earned my 5 Star Rating!!

I called to have some maintenance done on my washer. I had to leave voicemail. While I was waiting for a call back, I called another appliance repair shop in the area. I explained my situation to the girl on the phone and she explained there would be a $50 charge to come and inspect the washer. When Glenn called me back, in a very timely manner, I explained the same situation to him over the phone. He advised me how to fix it right then and he said, "now you dont need me to come over." People like this are the EXACT reason I try my hardest to use small businesses any chance I get. These are good people that are sincerely concerned with helping out others the best they can. I called AARS on a weekend thinking there was no way that Id get our refrigerator/freezer repaired on Monday, my day off. To my surprise, and even though he had been out of town all weekend, Craig called me at 8:20 on Monday morning. He said he could come between 10 and noon. He diagnosed the problem based on my description over the phone. He had the parts in and the cover back on and was out the door by 11 a.m. He was there about 30 minutes total. The freezer is cold and things are back to normal! I would recommend AARS to everyone who needs quick, honest, and thoroughly professional appliance repair. Thanks for the quick repairs, Craig. Dave

AARS responds quickly to a service call. They come during the time stated. They also quote a price and keep to that price. I had a refrigerator problem. It was a problem with an expensive part. They explained the problem and told me up front the cost for the part and installation. Thats what I payed even when it took longer to install and clean up the icy mess. I called them again when my dryer stopped working. All was fixed and cleaned up within 40 minutes. The dryer works great! Im very pleased with the service AARS provides.

My dryer broke yesterday (Sunday). I searched out a place and found this, their reviews looked good. I filled out the online appt thing on their website not thinking too much of it and just figured I would call them in the morning (Monday). Sure enough Craig called me 15 min before they even open and I had an appt for the same morning. Craig arrived on time, was really nice and then tools and parts started moving. Dryer was fixed in less than 30 min and he charged exactly what he quoted. Would not hesitate to call them again.

Craig was awesome! He arrived ON TIME! I have never had a repair technician actually arrive on time! He fixed our refrigerator and charged us a VERY fair price. Even with his plethora of experience, he still takes classes to keep himself up to speed with all of the new technology upgrades in the newer appliances. That says something! You will not be sorry that you called this company! Honest & trustworthy...where do you ever find that anymore? Janie and Chuck are customers for life!

Glenn came to fix my 2 year old Samsung had dryer. Came back 3 times with parts but to no avail. Was more then likely the centrifical switch in the motor, but not sure. He tried replacing almost every sensor and switch. Nothing . He didnt charge me anything for it but I gave him some money anyway. Bought a new dryer and gave him the old dryer as Goodwill would not take it. I figured he could part it out and make some of the lost time and money back. Will use again if needed.

Well, I called AARS left a message that I needed a service call for a dryer problem I was having. I had tried fixing it myself and totally screwed things up. Craig called me back within a few minutes. We had an issue with the oven just as my mothers house was about to close escrow. Glenn was quick to respond, honest about the work that needed to be done (and not be done) and very fair with his pricing. I would recommend AARS Appliance to anyone in the Rancho Cucamonga area.
