Ordered a cook top and a dishwasher. Service was okay at Pacific Sales. Delivery company (Bet Buy) does a horrible job. I was left me waiting for delivery 2 times and they never even bothered to call to let me know that they were not coming. The cook top came in on time because Wolf does their own delivery. The dishwasher, on the other hand, was to be delivered by Best Buy. I was called on a Friday to confirm the delivery for Saturday and was left hanging, they never showed up after calling and confirming the day before. I called them that afternoon and was told that I wasnt on the schedule for delivery for another week. I called them mid-week to confirm delivery for the following Tuesday and was told that I was on the schedule for delivery between 8-12. Tuesday rolled around, the hours passed and no one showed up. I called and was told that my dishwasher was on back order and was given a delivery date 3 weeks later if the dishwasher comes in. I understand that it is not Pacific Salesfault that they are out of stock, but they could have let me know so that I did not waste my Saturday off waiting and taken a day off work to await a delivery that was not happening. Very poor customer service. Long story short, I cancelled my order for the dishwasher and purchased it from www.plessers.com, a New York company and received free shipping, no tax, and a $200 rebate card! The delivery from NY took 3 weeks, but at least I was told up front in order to set the proper expectations. When I went to Pacific Sales to do the return there was another lady there complaining to the manager that she was left waiting all day for her new kitchen set---I guess this happens frequently.

Delivery is horrible. I had a delivery time of 12-4. I was called to tell me they were running 1/2 hour late. At 5:15 I called best Buy delivery and was on hold for 40 minutes. I hung up and called Pacific Sales and it went to the recording. They give a 4 hour delivery window and they cant even make it in that time. It is now 6:00 and I have no status of my delivery. The customer service is horrible. I will not be shopping there again.

Staff here are all amazing. They really take the time to get to know you and what you are looking for. They have helped me numerous times and have basically designed my kitchen for me. If you are looking for new appliances or plumbing go here! They will help you out and get you the best price possible.

What they had in their ad they did not have in stock. Then the lady showed us a different faucet and it was more they did not have that in stock either. I felt it was a basic "Bait and Switch" just to get you in the store. Will never go back again.

I love this place. The manager is great. I have purchased refrigerator dishwasher and now my washer. These guys are wonderful. And cheaper than sears, home depot 2nd Lowes.
