There is little to no concept of customer service. I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere. I ordered a fridge for delivery. After waiting 2 weeks, due to lack of delivery resources, without a fridge they were set to deliver between 8-12pm, and finally delivered it at 5pm. The inside was damaged and one drawer was shattered into glass pieces. Glass everywhere, in the fridge, freezer and all cracks and crevices. A trail of glass shards spread from where the delivery truck parked all the way throughout my house to the kitchen. Unfortunately i didnt realize this until they left. After calling and speaking to several people they said they could swap it out in a week. Unacceptable. They figure out a way to bump up the delivery to an earlier date. Delivery guys just came without a fridge. They said on their sheet they could see that they should have a fridge to exchange but theres no fridge in their truck. So we call the warehouse who says that they have the fridge but just didnt have the time to load it on the truck. Oops, so sorry we can offer you a $25 gift card for your trouble! What!? Gee thanks. So now we are scheduled out for another week. Well see if it shows. Unbelievable.

I have no problem with the pricing, selection and sales department however, DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY COMPANY. Yesterday, two of their delivery guys, Carlos and Jose, delivered my elderly mom a new washer/dryer set. One guy asked my mom to bring him some tape upstairs while the other guy went downstairs. Immediately after they left, she discovered that her wedding ring and diamond tennis bracelet were stolen off the kitchen counter. We filed a police report and contacted Pacific Sales who directed us to their corporate office. Rather than be sympathetic and helpful, the woman on the phone asked why my mom would leave the guys unattended even for a minute, because she never does. Better question, why the f*%@ are you contracting with a delivery company who uses thieves. Im going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and make sure I find out who these piece of shlt delivery guys are. If Carlos and Jose show up at your house, turn them away and demand different delivery guys. These guys are thieves.

My daughter moved into a new home recently with her husband and two small children. She bought a relatively new whirlpool washer/dryer set from a friend who had just moved back to the area. When we went to install them we found that the dryer was an electric dryer which is much more expensive to operate in Southern California than a gas dryer and the outlet was not the right 220 outlet. I did some research online at local retailers. I wanted to match the duet whirlpool washer model and was surprised by the large number of different models. I went to Pacific Sales. They found the matching gas dryer, gave me a good price and had the appliance deliver and installed in one day. My daughter was very happy with the service.

I generally do not write reviews, but in looking at the reviews on line I concluded that I owe the staff at PacSales SJC a response. we purchased appliances for two kitchens in the last 6 months and the plumbing fixtures. We received expert help. We received a competitive price that was insignificantly different from the internet--and they are local to deal with. The installers bumped and slightly dented the bottom door of the double oven. The installer disagreed that he caused the damage. Even though we did not buy the oven from Pac Sales, the manager agreed to cover the cost of a new oven skin and installation. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism and service we received.

Horrific customer service. My first time EVER reviewing anything online. I have been a customer there for over 30 years. The success apparently has gone to their head and/or they are experiencing very bad management currently. Stay away if you can. You will most likely regret it otherwise. Horrific customer service. Wait time in the store is too long...special orders, too long to arrive...calling the store, often goes unanswered, and when they pick up, the hold time can be 15-30 minutes long. Just save yourselves the aggravation.

MADDENING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I just waited over 40 minute in appliances for SOMEONE to come and talk to me about ordering over $20,000 in Thermador appliances. After waiting and waiting and waiting for SOMEONE (anyone?) to help me I finally gave up and went to the front desk only to get a are you waiting for appliances too? comment with no further offer of assistance. In general, the sales staff seems bored and indifferent to their customers and Ill NEVER shop in Pacific Sales again. What a colossal waste of time.

I visited the store twice shopping for 5 pieces of high-end major kitchen appliances. The first time I couldnt get anyone in the store to make eye contact with me, and they didnt seem very busy. The second time I stopped by during the middle of my work day, dressed in scrubs from my medical job, and I was completely ignored even when I asked a salesman for help. I ended up spending 12K at their leading competitors appliance store. I was left very confused about why I was ignored.

If you want to sit on hold for most of your day and purchase backordered merchandise, definitely go to Pacific Sales. In 10 years as an Interior Designer, I have never experienced such bad customer service. The employees made numerous mistakes on my order and the installation crew damaged my clients custom cabinet during installation. There prices are good, but there is a reason for that. Go to Ren West instead!

I was told the items I purchased were on back order and a new shipment would be delivered in two weeks. Its now been over six weeks and the last time I called I was given a new estimated arrival date that came and went. Never once have I receive a call from them about this. If I had it to do over I would definitely get the appliances elsewhere. I may still end up going elsewere if I dont get my order soon.

Trying to get through to a human being at Pacific Sales is time consuming and frustrating. The employees are well scripted and well mannered once you get through but they have very little authority to actually help you. Their maintenance professionals are experience and nice but they are over booked and repairs take weeks.

If you want Lies, deception, and misinformation this is the store for you. Theyll have no respect or time for you once they have your money and you dont have your appliances. Do yourself a favor and deal with ANY other seller, youll be better off.

Service is awful. I spent $25k there and every time I went in there, the guy looked at me like he had never seen me before. My $8k range has a grease catch that is chipping paint after 2 months and it has been a mission to get it replaced.
