Not one department answers there phones! Its so frustrating trying to contact someone there, no one doesnt respond and when someone answers they dont know how to help you! Sears needs to eat more professional employees that know what there doing and want to help customers! Absolutely poor call center when you have damaged merchandise delivered to your home all representatives say is that they cant help only to place delivery got pick up if we do not want. I asked if I can exchange or get an replacement I was told the product I order was not longer available so then I ask if I keep the damage merchandise will there be a discount towards my account Rep stated no we can give you 200 reward points! What I ordered was a total of $2179 and your only going to give me 200 in points? Let alone it took a month for it to be delivered to my home after 4 cancellations! Cancelled my order and will NEVER do business with sears again! Also went down to the store in Rancho Cucamonga to see what can be done and a employee from the furniture department named Aaron was helpful tried his best to help with this situation but after I just decided to cancel because again they didnt have product I wanted. If product is not available remove off website and take off the show room floor inside the store! What I ordered was the sectional couches in style Madelyn Albany Slate beautiful set but again they dont manufacture any longer!

I always wondered why the parking is always empty... Its a big Sears, ive been in it many times before but for work (Sears was our companys client unfortunately...) I went in there today as a customer & i got few items in my cart & went straight to the cashier that has her light on. She told me to go to the other register that has a long line.... I was like why do i want to wait in that line when u r open here?? She told me, no shes not open (theres a customer in front of me when i was on that line & HER LIGHT IS ON!) Plus, there are 3 other registers with the light on!! & the other cashier she told me to go to, She got like 15 people waiting in line with bulks of items in their carts.... & Shes sooo slow... Long story short..why put so many registers if they are just for show?! Employees walking around in the store freely, dont see them doing any work & most important WHY OPEN A BIG ASS STORE if u only going to OPEN ONE REGISTER WITH ONE STAFF WORKING AT THE FRONT while the others just there leisuring around but still get paid???! Just close this damn store! To the store manager, you suck!! ▫▫Now i know why the parking lot always empty▫▫ LMAO

Walked in to the quites rumbles of chatting one can hear and think clearly here as i made my from appliances which is as you pass threw the doors i came for a vacuum i left sweating. Who puts the store on a total reset of where everything is except big appliances 8 to 9 sears grand employees standing around ao i passed theough i was the guy in the r u anger bird shirt the answer yes for a hour and ahalf 1 employee oit of the store greeted me and asked if she could shownme or help me me with anything mknd u there like 9 different departments huge store wow i dont have enough room to write a peoper i acrewed up.list but man why close kmart they are super busy and umder ataffed tjis store ahouls have been poping with all the sales so i leave sears once again empty hand and shaking my head.....wow wow wow qay to go

I have never been to this store however if it anything like trying to contact anyone there to see if they have an item in stock it would be horrible. .. I spent over 30min. I know Im persistent but I was o.erchecking to see if they have a fitness item in stock. First I said sporting goods and the computer transferred me and it rang and rang then said enter you personal code to retrieve messages. Ok my mistake so then I called back and listened to the list of departments there it was fitness ok now we are getting somewhere it transferred me to a busy signal. Ok they are busy let me try again. Called back a third time and asked for customer service. I was transferred and someone picked up then click back on hold without even saying a word I waited for about five minuts then finally gave up. Im going to try walmart.

I dont write many reviews on things but this is the last place I shop here. I have been buying large appliances here for the past 4-5 years and will take my business elsewhere. They are not the only ones that sell things. I needed to change an order I purchased several days ago, and have been trying for 3 days to call and speak to someone, and no one answers the phone and the call is eventually dropped. On the 3rd day, I asked the computer which answers the phone to speak with a manager. The call was transferred to a call center in South America (Columbia). Its a shame they have many people at the store to push sales but no one to answer the phone.

Honestly, I have taken my cars for years for regular maintenance and been completely satisfied but lately my opinion has changed. One example... today, I made an appointment for 3pm. I get there early, wait for 20 minutes because one helper for 6 people... ok maybe short...it happens. Finally its my turn. Lady tells me shes slammed (5 cars in the shop?!?) Then tells me, they didnt have time call customers to reschedule...minutes after I walk out a email was sent to my phone for confirmation for my 3 pm appointment, by the way its 3:09!!! Wow, now I know why sears and Kmart are closing stores everywhere.

Came to buy a compressor that on their website shows that they have on stock...didnt have a floor model or any boxes on the floor. When the sales rep looked it up she said that they had some in the back. When I asked if they could bring it out so I could look at it she advsd me that the only way they could bring it up was if she rang me up for it first!! When I told her that I wanted to look at the box first before I decided if I would buy it she said that she couldnt bring the box up just like that!!! Oh well Ill take my business to Home Depot or Lowes I guess. First and last time I come here!!!!

I had the absolute worst experience at this Sears. There are 15 registers and at my time of visit there were only 2 open, with at least 10-15 people in line. Overall I stood in line for over 30 minutes with the same 5 people ahead of me the entire time. Eventually a 3rd register was opened but it made no difference because by then the lines had grown even longer. Help was repeatedly asked for over the intercom and nobody ever came. The manager was asked for by numerous people including me but never seen him/her. This was terrible community service and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Will give zero stars if was possible. Cashier did not give us a receipt, she just put a bunch of printed mumbo jumbo coupons on the bag. We got some cloth for my cousin and a couple of shirts and one jacket did not fit. Guess what !? Sears will not refund or accept any item with out a receipt !! It was just a mean cashier or a company policy of trying to avoid giving receipts to customers?? End up going to Macys and giving the not fitting clothes to the Salvation Army. $150 to donation to SA and lost customer with entire family for Sears.
