Lou is a hidden gem. He is extremely friendly, always has a good joke and is honest. He will tell you if the appliance is worth fixing or just needs replacing. He cares about his customers and it shows. I have used him on several occasions and he has never disappointed me. On his last visit, he needed to order three parts, but thought that he could try something to fix it there. He used something that is never seen today. It is called "American Ingenuity". He fixed the washing machine and it works beautifully. So I was left with a working washing machine and given the option to order the parts, if I wanted. Most repair people would have told me I needed to order the parts, left me with a broken machine and charged me for another visit. If you find a trusted repairman, they are worth their weight in gold. I won the lottery with Lou and car mechanic. My search was over when I found Lou. Save yourself the time and money and call Lou first. You will not be disappointed

"Impressed by Lous honesty. After diagnosing the problem, he immediately directed me to the owners manual and showed me that our particular problem is covered under the manufacturers warranty. He could have just as easily fixed it and charged us, but he didnt. Also by not tapping into the line, he left our warranty in tact with the manufacturer. Before he left, I asked about another unrelated issue and he showed me how to fix it myself and Im sure saved us some money. We will be calling him in the future for other needs. Very happy and not feeling taken advantage of as we normally are after a service call. 5 Star! Anita

We have used Lou for years. He has fixed a washer, dryer and most recently our refrigerator. Lou is prompt, thorough, honest in his assessment and fair in his billing. Not only does he sincerely care about his customers , he is also exceptionally skilled at his profession. He even goes above and beyond in explaining tips for preventing further mechanical problems. And what a nice guy! Lou is just great to be around. You can tell he loves his profession. I could not recommend Lou more highly.

Lou should really be a stand up act. He is so experienced he can fix your fridge and keep you entertained at the same time. Highly recommended! Talked to Lou on the phone and he diagnosed the problem easily. He was very honest about what his technicians would do and what the best course of action is but he recommended I try some things before getting a technician out. Very honest, very helpful. Definitely trustworthy.

Lou is awesome! I have had him fix 2 appliances and would do it again and again. He is also one of the few that will tell you if its not worth repairing as opposed to the guys that just want you to pay them to fix something that shouoldnt be repaired. Seriously, Lou is great.
