The merchandise is 2-3 years old and the salespeople are arrogant. The washer, dryer and refridgerator I was considering buying all seemed like good prices, until I was told by the sales person that they were discontinued or older products and inquired with the manufactor[s website with the model number and found out that the items I was looking to buy in 2010 were manufactored in 2006! When I noticed that the manufactor had a new product on their website within 100.00 of the price that was being offered to me on the 3 1/2 year old product ,I mentioned it to the sales person in hopes of negotiating a better price I was told that they were not waivering on there prices and felt that they were the lowest around. When I asked for the manager to consider $100.00 less that the price listed, they denied me and told me to take it or leave it, I left. I went down the street to a competitor and found the exact same product with the exception of the manufactored year, it was made in May of 2009, for 300.00 less than Renwes considered the best price in town. Shop around, find a retailer that wants your business and prices there items with the intention of earning it!
