Since we bought the Kenmore stack washer/drier we have had nothing but trouble with the unit. We have had 4 service calls from Sears Service Technicians and each one of them came up with a different answers as what the problem is and none fixed the problem. The first just looked at it and the rest ordered parts and that still didnt fix the problem. I contacted the store manager and she said I had to have 3 service calls with parts ordered and then they would replace the unit. Well we just had our 3rd service call with parts and it didnt fix the problem again. I called the manager of the store and now she said she cant do anything because she doesnt have the authority to replace this "Lemon". She has to get authority from the Sears service manager to replace the unit. I now have a unit that has almost every part replaced and it still doesnt work right. So for I have been lied to by her and Ill never buy another Sears product. Now she said she has to e-mail the Sears service manager and wait for "his" decision. My recommendation is to stay away from Sears Outlet Stores. They are bastard stores and Sears doesnt even own them. The Kenmore product used to be a quality product now they are living on a reputation gone years ago.

I bought a Frig service was great from Majlee and Josh they looked and found exactly what I needed. they said it would be delivered on Tuesday. The delivery service is the worst it is XPO last delivery and I know now why the have that name the schedule deliverys that late at night and do not commit to that delivery time.They said between 7 and 9pm and I received a call at 8:30pm from the driver saying he would be late about 9:30 or 10PM. He never called so I called him back at 10:15 and he said he was parking the truck and would not deliver it that night. He said he would deliver it by noon the next day if his schedule wasnt full. When I called in the morning they had no idea and would check to see if the driver returned the frig. back to the sears outlet to reschedule. Im waiting to see what they say now. I called Sears outlet and talked to Sue she very helpful and would check with the driver from XPO that was there still and had the Frig on the truck to see what was happening why they couldnt deliver it as they promised and they said it definitely would be delivered by noon

Dont buy appliances here! I have extensive experience with them (unfortunately) Their appliances do NOT work a lot of the time. They are NOT properly tested , if at all, and you might have to return/ exchange a couple times to get something working. I cant tell you how many people come for exchanges every day because their products dont work . I had malfunctions, missing parts, and wrong Items issues ALL IN ONE ORDER. Took me several trips back and forth. If you really study the prices you will also learn that the prices here are not THAT much lower. The ballon the prices first and then they "discount them" Im always happy to save a buck but I should have just gone to Home Depot. GARBAGE on sale . So upsetting

I bought my mattress here a year ago and was very happy with the low prices. Since then, each time Ive stopped by, the customer service has just been awful. I only go, because I find promotions or stock on their website and it says its available in store. When I stop by, the employees act like the website doesnt exist. One of them even said, that the website is for the entire country, not for their specific location. Apparently they dont know, that you CAN search for specific in-store inventory. It honestly seems like everyone who works there doesnt care at all and only working there until they find something better.

I went out of my way to go to the store a young man I think his name was Brian was helping me when an older woman came maybe a supervisor and enter the conversation while I was looking at the refrigerators taking pics of the specifications I turn my head and time to see this woman make a face at Brian behind my back it was extremely unprofessional and totally uncalled for I didnt catch her name but she is easily recognizable by her unkempt appearance and shes wide in the beam they didnt have the fridge I wanted on hand nor did they make any effort in helping me to find it at another store I will never ever go back

Worst customer service and employee training ever. We went there to get a dishwasher and over the range microwave. found the ones we wanted and inspected them and they looked good. they both had an orange sticker on them and we were told that because they were on managers special because they were there so long so we thought we scored. Till the next day when i went to pick them up. The dishwasher i bought now had a huge dent in it. i was told that thats why it was on special. IT WASNT THERE BEFORE. Myself and 2 other employees inspected it and it only had 3 small scratches on the top. and thats what my inspection

Terrible Customer Service, I still have not received a call back from the store manager about the sales associate ordering my husband and I the wrong couch. We waited 2 weeks for the couch and ottoman, only to realize once we got it home and unwrapped the furniture it was not the correct furniture. My husband contacted the store immediately to ask how we can fix this problem and the store manager did nothing to help us or fix the problem. She said the sales associate who sold us the furniture would have to call us back to deal with it. We still havent been contacted by anyone.

I had to call the store to confirm my deliveries and glad i did because id purchased a mattress and washing machine seperately online and they told me they only had the washing machine listed from their store good thing i saved my reciepts because they had no idea of second purchase. I dont know what the problem is that an online purchased was passed to the store but somebody should be looking into how that could happen. Not happy with what happens after on line purchase at this store at all. Items to be delivered tomorrow hopefully i can report something better.

We purchased a GE refrigerator here and they delivered a non-working appliance. We also purchased an extended warranty. When we contacted them they referred us to the warranty service people. It should not even be a warranty issue since they gave us an appliance that does not work. The warranty people said it would take 24 hours for the temperatures to stabilize. After 24 hours, the fridge was 76 degrees and the freezer was 71 degrees. They should have picked up the appliance and refunded our money. They would not do that. DO NOT BUY anything from this place.

My sister purchased a $2,000 Whirlpool french door, with a bottom mount freezer, fridge. She purchased an extended warranty as well. In just 1 year the compressor went out on the fridge. Sears wants another $300 from her to fix it, and Whirlpool told her they do not back up their appliances. That they know they sell junk with a 1 year warranty! DO NOT buy Whirlpool appliances, they are rude and inconsiderate to their consumers, and Sears just wants money, money, money and gives a bunch of empty promises on warranties! They dont even deserve 1 star!
