so i read the reviews and saw that they were good. so i decided to give them a call and made an appointment for the next day , they said to give them a call to check at what time they were coming . when we called them the guy at the phone was rude to my mother , so i decided to call them and see what was going on and they guy on the phone said that he didnt know at what time they were gonna come to check my appliance or even if they were coming at all , i lost a day of work for nothing , and the guy seem not to care about , he said if i wanted to cancel my appoint in a rude way so i decided to cancel it. i give it 0 stars. they seem to not have a good work ethic.you make your choice e if you wanna choose this company.

This is the most honest place, I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. Had a problem with my washer about a year ago. And had been worrying about purchasing another one due to financial difficulties. But they explained to me I had a great washer not to junk it. Like I thought I was going to have to. Came to my house fixed it quick and I have not had a problem since. Awesome guys. Thanks so much.

I called M & W on a Sunday about my dryer that needed repair. Mike came in a few hours, fixed the problem for only eighty bucks! We were considering buying a new dryer... Mike told me that my dryer and washer are outstanding and that the new ones are poorly made and can lead to expensive problems. I would call him again in the future. Honest and reliable. Family run business.
