Worst experience with this company. Bought a fridge with a 3 month warranty and was told itd be delivered on a specified day/time and be completely cleaned out. It was delivered late, the guy who delivered it put dents in my walls, and was NOT cleaned at all. For the inconvenience I was offered 1 extra month warranty. I didnt have a choice so I took it. This was not worth it because 1, I was pregnant and so sick that cleaning it was worth more to me than 1 extra month warranty and 2, they did not honor the warranty. Had problems with the ice machine and water dispenser since day one. After several calls I got them to come out to fix it once. Then tried to call when it stopped working again for OVER A MONTH. I left voice mails and they said they would come but never showed up. Now my warranty is over and I have a fridge with a broken ice machine. I will never again buy from this company or refer them to anybody.

Im always a bit skeptical when calling a service repair shop, But Discount Appliances and repairs took care of me and my family. The technicians were very professional and most of all knowledgeable. They came out the same day and fixed my washer without any pressure of trying to sale me something that I did not need. Two days later my dryer breaks down. So I decide to go to their shop and look around, again I was blown away of how knowledgeable the staff was. Although money was a bit tight Discount Appliances was willing to work with me. They gave me credit for my washer that they had just fixed and I walked out with matching washer and dryer. They even installed them same day. Thank you so much for all your help Discount Appliances and repair.

This is a well ran shop. Has very great deals and many new and used appliances that work very well. They can work with any budget! They are very helpful when something breaks or needs repair. Love the owner Tony, he is a good guy who wants to do his best to help out the customers. Very good business, would recommend to anyone.

Got a brand new refrigerator from these guys at excellent price. Went there expecting to buy a used refrigerator since they were recommended by my parents who have purchased a used refrigerator from them about a year ago and its still working great. They have great prices to match any budget.
