So we had a very old microwave that we didnt know what was wrong with it. We took it everywhere, Sears, other repair shops, and every single one of them said the repair would take roughly 1 month and cost $300. We found these guys as a reference from a friend, and upon his insistence, I thought wed give them a try. After paying the initial $20 (which goes towards the repair cost), he directly told us the issue was with the magnetron and gave us a price of roughly $140. We took it to these guys at 1 oclock, and to our great surprise, a call comes in at 3:30 saying the repair is finished and that we can come pick it up when were free. The repair literally took a few hours! Not only that, they repaired the microwave with the proper manufacturer parts and made sure that it meet our expectations before we took it out to our car. Needless to say, it did. Lastly, Junior, the man who worked with us, said the total cost would be $145, but since he said $140 before, we only had to pay $140. Its not the $5 reduction which we were thankful for, it was the honesty which we appreciated from him. As a summary, I HIGHLY recommend these guys, theyre honest, hard-working, amd have your best interest at heart.

So I call this place on Saturday around 10:30 AM. The guy who picks up the phone does not speak english & takes my number, says the english speaking guy will be there in 30 mins & hell call me. An hour later no one calls me back, I call back the "english speaking" guy picks up. He said he had a repair to do, before he can come out and check out my stove & how much it would cost. He told me he would be about 2 hours. I said "Can you call me when youre heading out here because I have stuff to do." He said, "sure." HE NEVER CALLED, HE NEVER CAME. I sat at home waiting for him to come when I had other stuff to do. DONT DEPEND ON THEM TO COME AND GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE! THEY WILL NOT COME BECAUSE YOUR BUSINESS IS NOT THEIR PRIORITY!

I called this guy at noon and he told me that they would be at my home to repair my refrigerator no later then 3pm I called them back at 4pm I asked the guy if they would be coming to do the repair because we had medication that needed to be in a cool refrigerator the guy just gave me a bad additud and told me that we where not the only customer if we wanted to wait they might make here some time this week. Very poor customer service the first guy knew English the second guy only knew Spanish which I had no problem with because I know how to speak Spanish. But this people are very unprofesional and need better customer service skills also know how to manage a company

Knowledgeable Technician came to my house,diagnosed and repaired washing machine for very reasonable price, guy was polite and respectful I will definitely refer them to contacts
