Buying a car might be one of the most stressful experiences and decisions a person will ever make. As a young student, I really wanted to buy a car that was newer but not at a newer price. I chose Enterprise because I knew they would give me a good deal for a good car. I trust that they keep great maintence on their cars and that they wouldnt let me drive off with something that they wouldnt trust themselves. The way they help you select your car is so personable and they make sure that the car is right for you. The branch I went to was more than helpful and made my car dreams come true super fast. DuMone Leatherwood assured me comfort in trust Enterprise and brought me in to meet the people of the Entepeise car sales and test drive a few cars. Jemayne Nowlin was such an incredible person to work with and made my experience very personal. He answered all my questions with a smile on his face. I didnt feel like he was just selling me a car, he was genuine in finding me the right fit for a great deal. Marice Rogers was so professional and handled all of the behind the scenes paper work that I would not have been able to do on my own. I could not be happier with what enterprise did for me and I absolutely will be referring them to a friend.

First of all, to Jermayne Nowlin and Jamie Kaplan, thank you for a personable, professional, and trouble free car-buying experience. You trailblazers guided me through the process most smoothly, attending to all of the details with proficiency, clarity, and with humor. The 2014 Hyundai Sonata was a choice selection - low mileage, clean, and problem-free; the price, most reasonable. In the past 2 years, Ive accompanied three friends car-buying at Enterprise and all have been most pleased with the selection, the pricing, and, of course, the service and attention of the Enterprise staff. I can, without any reservation, add my appreciation and praise for the Enterprise car-buying experience. I will continue to spread the word about Enterprise ! A brief note about the Rental service - to the Enterprise Rental staff, particularly Lewis Tucker and Kareen Kaveh, hats off ! Hi Enterprise Sales, I want to thank you for the outstanding service that you provided me on July 15th. I was in the process of looking for a vehicle that would give me the service that I was looking for, and surely one that would fit into my budget. I gave the salesman a description of the vehicle that I was looking for, and gave him an amount that would possibly fit into my budget. I have 7 great grand children and I need a vehicle that would help me out without going into the Mercedes 12 passenger sprinter. Well, praise God, the salesman introduced me to the town and country Chrysler which worked out just fine. I received great service. I tested drove it, the sales representative was very knowledgeable. The process was extremely painless, and quick. Not something you normally experience at car dealership. I didnt even think that I would be driving the car home that evening, let alone within 1 - 2 hours. I will be recommending enterprise to my family and friends. Again, thank you for a job well done. Immediately walking into the Enterprise Car Sales in Rockville, MD, I was graced by the professional Enterprise team within minutes! A few hours later was driving away in my new 2016 Hyundai Sonata. The process at Enterprise is well orchestrated with intelligent suited so for customers as for Enterprise naturally. I was referred to Mitch Gordon by the rental office at 800 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD by Sasha McGee. It was a crazy busy day so Sasha was answering the phone and working on the monitor but had time to answer my question about purchasing a car through Enterprise. Did initially know that Enterprise sold cars through another employee Ayse Berberoglu through a non-Enterprise employee. Networking, networking - connecting, connecting. Received a thank you note, phone calls, emails and an offer to put my plates on when they arrive in the mail. Also, very much taken by how the team pre-financed my within that couple of hours. Enterprise never crossed my mind during our car purchasing process until my wife mentioned it. After checking around many other car dealers in the local area, we decided to give Enterprise a visit. To our surprise, we found the perfect Toyota Sienna we were looking for. The van is in perfect condition, low mileage, well maintained and the price was more reasonable that all the other dealers we checked. The buying process was short, easy and very pleasant. I purchased my other car about 10 years ago and it was a Buick La Sabre and I went to 126,000 miles when I had an accident which totaled it. I rented a car which was a Toyota Corolla while decisions were made as what to do. They said I was totaled so I went back to Enterprise and said I wanted one just like the rental so they brought out the car I wanted. They made all the arrangements to get the new insurance from my company, the title changed , the new license plates put on immediately,and all the paper work necessary.The people I delt with were very helpful . The manager said he thiks he remembered when I bought the Buick 10 years ago.The price of the car dropped $500 while I was buying it.

We were greeted by Garrett and guided by him to our salesman, Devon Stancil, who patiently walked us through the entire process of exploring each possible make and model of SUV we were considering. When we decided on one that was at another location, he acquired that one that very afternoon and all the necessary paperwork was completed with the assistance of the office managers, Mark and Maurice, while Devon was helping other customers. It was a picture of harmony and cooperation. There was a real unity of spirit in that office that speaks highly of the leadership there! We felt the presence of God in control among those men. We pray the continuous blessings of God upon them!!!
