I got a lemon from this store. I did a test drive around its local road. The car was smooth. Its carfax was one-owner and clean. I also paid $30 for Autocheck and requested Mercedes Benz to print out the car service. All came up with clean record. I decided to buy the 2012 MB e350 on August 18, 2014. The car passed inspection while I was finishing my paperwork. Right after leaving the dealer shop, during driving home, the oil change light was alert, the battery indicator was alert, and the Tire Pressure Monitoring System indicator was also alert. I guess they reset all indicators during the test drive. I also noticed that virbration and noise was developed at high speed and at applying brakes while driving home. Next morning, one of the tires was flat. I drove to their shop. They fixed the oil change, replaced the battery, and fixed the flat tire. They could not fix the vibration and the noise although they tried. Because, I couldnt stand the vibration and the noise at high speed, I brought it to a repair shop. They showed me that I had 3 badly bent wheels and 1 broken tire after lifting the car up (I still kept pictures). Each brand new wheel costs around $900 at Mercedes Benz shop and $300 for a new same tire. I ended up with paying $825 to repair the wheels ($450 to fix the bent wheels and $375 for refinishing them at A+ wheel repair at Fairfax) and $300 for a new tire. Again, when reporting EAB regarding the wheel and tire problem, they denied the replacement, blamed on the inspection, and "will try to repair". For those who want to buy cars from them, here is the lemon: 1. Dont trust their inspection because I guessed they bribed the inspector. My bent wheels and the broken tire are clearly visible from my eyes when inspecting from the inside. The repair shop confirmed that those bent wheels and the broken tire should have not been passed the inspection. However, EAB managed to pass the inspection with no problem. 2. Dont trust their Carfax, Autochek, or even MB records. Cars with accidents such as: hitting trees, hitting curbs which cause bent wheels, broken tires, bent/leaked suspension/axle/joints, bearing damages... wont show up in Carfax, Autocheck or even at Mercedes Benz services. Low-price cars always come with reasons for sure. The sellers are professional and smarter than us in term of appraising car values. If adding the repair cost, it could cost a lot of money to the car value. In my case, if bring it to ther dealer for repair, it costs at least $3000. Adding to the car price ($34400+$3000), it is higher than buying a similar car with certified-used warranty from a certified dear. 3. There is no highway around their area which allow you to do the test drive at high speed. Thus, you only have a low-speed test drive which is hard to identify a lot of problems especially in noise and virbration. Luxury cars are even harder because of blocking noise and soft suspensions. In sum, avoid this dealer. They are smarter but not quality-better than other bad dealer shops. Update: The car got accident before I bought. Here is the true. I heard rattling noise from the right rear. It was getting loud. I bought it to Mercedes service. They said it caused by accident. I argued. They proved it right away. They showed me that the left door was replaced, its insulated foam was missing. The frame near the window was crooked which caused unaligned. Again, no accident was shown in Carfax or Autochek at the time I bought. I am pretty sure that they bought non-report accident cars then fixed and put them on sale. Good luck if you bought from them.

Not Probably, D best place to get a used luxury brand car period. After buying 3 cars (Benz E350, BMW 335i and Benz R-class) I can say with full confidence this is D place to buy a used luxury car. All cars were bought in excellent condition inside and out with all books and a great prices. After the first car I have to admit I was a little skeptical it looked like new had low mileage and drove like new but after the second one I bought I knew my third car(for my wife) I wouldn’t even shop anywhere else because it’s a waste of time and money. but out of curiosity I visited the original dealerships(Benz BMW) and the condition and price they were asking for certified pre-owned or even non-certified did not even come close to the price and condition of the three cars I got. I cannot even say most, it’s all people that see my cars are 100% sure they are brand new. Overall I have no dought that I will return every 2-3 years to replace a 6-7 year old with a 3 year old car. Moshe and the team are very knowledgeable and professional and helped me from pre-sale to post sale issues and recommendations As a side note: Not sure what those last reviews are all about but I can just say if the guy (Moshe) was some kind of bait and switch con artist or whatever, I would probably see it after 3 cars wouldn’t I :) Also the guy (Moshe) has been around this business for 30 years and before I knew him I asked many people that have been in touch with him before ALL said he is a very honest guy and runs a very good business. Bait and switch businesses will not survive But after more than 3 years I can say for sure it’s the best of all worlds when it comes to luxury used Best price, best condition, best experience HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

First of all, Im am typically very skeptical of smaller private dealers as I have had bad experiences in the past, but from the minute I spoke with Moshe on the phone, I knew something was a little different. He was pleasant to talk to, easy to talk to and very honest with me about everything. Once I bought the car, I noticed a slight problem with the front brake rotor on the drivers side of the car. I bought a Lexus RX 350 2015 with 34K on it and and Im sure it was just time to maybe have the brakes serviced. I called Moshe and he immediately said to bring it in and he would take care of it. I thought for sure he would cancel on me when I called back to book the appointment. He didnt and he had the brakes fixed under the warranty that he advertised. In a world where we are promised things that guarantee us something but then is never delivered on quite how it is sold to us, this was a breath of fresh air. Moshe is a man of his word and I appreciate how he handled that situation. I would highly recommend this dealership. Call Moshe. Dean was also extremely helpful and knowledgable when it came to doing the financing. Everyone is warm, friendly, and professional. Great dealership that I will recommend to friends and family.

I have been buying cars from elite for the last 8 years(4 cars already) I replace them every 3y+- and I am always satisfied from all aspects of the purchase: 1. I get a great deal on the price for a barely used car (2-3y) 2. Cars are as close as you can get to new condition (remember you aren’t buying a new car, you’re buying a 2-3y old/lightly used car in superb condition) 3. Cars are still under warranty (at least the ones I buy) so I’m worry free for another 1-2y. 4. Team is professional and polite all the time, every single one of them. 5. They help me with after sale questions or inquires which saves me a bundle on maintenance and repairs in the 3-4y I own the cars. The last few cars I sold privately (after owning 3-4y) were sold for maximum kbb price (I try to keep them in tip top condition) So really what can be better than this? NOTHING That’s why I keep coming back
