Dropped off my brand new 2016 Ford F350 DRW for an issue of the left rear out side tire having chunks of tread missing from it and the steering linkage being completely rusted with the truck only being 1.5 months old and only 1200 miles on it. I was told the tire would have to be replaced by me purchasing a new one because it was caused by the roads I drive on (didnt know asphalt roads tore chunks of tread out of tires). I was also told that all the new trucks rust up on the lot and that is the way they come. I called the tire manufacture myself and got the defective tire warrantied through an authorized tire dealer (which Crouse is listed as one). I will have the front steering components sanded, painted and sealed so it wont be a bigger issue later on. They could have easily done what I did to make the phone calls to get my tires warrantied. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone for they lack of their service to handle a problem!

Ive been dealing with Crouse Ford for 10 years. Tomorrow Im going to buy yet another Ford vehicle from them. (Over the last 25 years my wife and I have bought 10 new vehicles, and the last 8 were Fords.) Im a hard-boiled lawyer in my mid-60s and over the years Ive dealt with many dishonest car dealerships. I think Crouse is completely honest from the body shop to the service shop to the show room. There are no limits to my praise. I especially admire sales manager Debbie Strine, who is genuinely friendly, incredibly smart, and seems to be sincerely working to do the best deal for the client, very unlike what Ive seen so often before at other dealerships. She has my trust and confidence, which is not easily earned, and Im sure my wife and I will be buying more vehicles from Crouse in the future.

WORTH THE COMMUTE!!! These people will work with you all day on a good deal. Been after a decent new/used Ford Focus so I could drive something thats fuel efficient for my commute to school, but fun to drive at the same time. After searching a multitude of dealers, many of whom were overpricing cars, dishonest or intentionally complicated with price/finance info, I found my way to Crouse. There was no nonsense, extremely fair negotiations and excellent customer service. At the end of the day, Im driving an awesome 2013 Focus and confident that I wouldnt have gotten a better deal anywhere else. Thanks guys!

We had a really great experience here. They are good folks with a straightforward approach. You do not need to worry about being "played" here. We just had that experience yesterday at a large volume dealer in Baltimore. We wasted our trip to that dealer and left knowing they used a bait and switch method complicated by false internet prices using discounts that we never could have qualified for. We drove away today in a new car from Crouse with a fair deal. I will be giving them the first shot for my next car now. It is so nice to find that good people really do still exist out there.
