From the moment we walked in we knew we were being sold...real shady vibes from the get. We looked over the car with the sales guy and it appeared fine and when we asked for service records they just kept assuring us how fine the car was and how they took it to the Benz dealer and had them give a clean bill of health. We said ok let us see the report from the dealer clearing the car and all they could show us was the state inspection check list they had their in house mechanic do. While all of this is going on between us and the owner the sales guy just keeps saying, "I dont really care about much else but the review you give me so I can get my bonus...?!?!" Anyway so we told them we were taking the car to the dealer before we buy and the mood changed real quick. They started to say ok but I dont know why you want to do that because the car is fine...blah blah. We took the car to the Mercedes Benz dealer, they did a thorough inspection and the car comes back with a $ 6,000.00 list of issues to be fixed. Leaks everywhere...! Leaks! The gentlemen at the dealer said from the moment we dropped the car off Fairfax Motors was calling them trying to convince them to tell us the car was good...when I asked the service manager if Fairfax Motors brought the car in he said no definitely not and he knew something was up because they would not stop calling them about the car. We went back to drop off and see if Fairfax Motors would be willing to fix the issues and all they tried to do was convince us that major leaks with a price tag of $ 6,000.00 was no big deal and the dealer was trying to just take our money. Umm no! So we sit down with the owner and tell him ok so would you be willing to fix these issues to sell us the car and he said no absolutely not...we told him well we figured that and left. Keep in mind that car still has those issues! If he was not willing to fix for someone who was going to buy it, he for sure is not going to fix them to sell it...he made it clear he thinks he will just sell to the next “sucker" who walks in the door. They are snakes! They are all very easy to read, slimy, but the car was a one off and we were hoping it would have checked out but for $ 6,000.00 we are lucky we dodged that bullet! We went to BMW of Alexandria and were treated with nothing but respect, they were happy to certify the car and take care of anything, ANYTHING, that was a concern…they said we could come back even if we noticed something after the fact. Do your research people…you deserve better! Just want to add...I kept the $ 6,000.00 laundry list of major issues so if anyone needs proof just let me know and I will be happy to provide!

Louis was responsive to my emails and the car was listed at a little more than fair price, so I was interested. Obviously tried to haggle but not much success, which was ok, since I didnt expect much moving over the internet. I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership. Louis is very nice and courteous to his customers and a very good salesman. He did point out some interesting features. The finance manager Ed was also very nice. For the most part, an easy and fair deal. Now, I do have some negative feedback as well. The car has nearly bald tires in the front, a cracked front grill (which I know I havent done in the past 30 days, and it was covered by the front license plate), some paint that is badly touched up, and some scratches. There is also only one key/fob, which I only found out about after I closed the deal and was leaving. I will take responsibility as the consumer that I didnt pay attention, mainly because I had a baby with me and I had to rush in order to make it back at a decent hour since I live so far away. I think that given these flaws I probably overpaid by about 1200 dollars. I also emailed several times about my license and registration over the 30 days that my temp tags were good. I just received my tags today, 2 days after the temps expired. My final gripe is that the finance manager asked me what my APR would be. I told him 1.75 over 5 years, I was already pre approved. He argued with me in a bit of a condescending tone. I understand his job is to get me to buy the extended warranty, but I think he was underestimating me for whatever reason. Overall this is a good lot, and the staff wasnt too bad. I probably wouldnt buy from here again unless they deliver, simply because it is difficult to negotiate on a car you drive 1.5 hours for (obviously you want it if you drive that far) and I didnt have the time to properly look the car over and negotiate a better price.

Stanley Azor was the most unprofessional and rude person Ive ever dealt with in any customer service situation! I had a pre-approved interest rate and blank check from the bank. When I got my car, I was told that the bank had stipulations to the interest rate and I would have to buy a less expensive car or put down an additional 2K as a down payment. I bought the car and trusted them and got the higher interest rate. It didnt sit well with me so 2 days after buying the car, I called the bank and found out this was false! There were no stipulations at all. I could have gotten the lower interest rate. When I called Stanley to resolve this, he got overly defensive, nasty and actually YELLED at me. I was so taken back because I wasnt yelling at him nor was I nasty. I told him how I felt and that I felt deceived and was asking to get this resolved. I actually had to ask him on several occasions to stop yelling at me. He also told me, excuse me, yelled at me, that I could not return the car even though I purchased it 2 days ago. Also, he yelled at me for calling his cell phone when he wasnt in the dealership yet (20 minutes away from dealership). Well, DONT HAVE YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR BUSINESS CARD IF YOU DONT WANT CLIENTS TO CALL YOU. I called him at 940am not 6am. Its not unheard of for a client to cal you. Thankfully, the finance manager was courteous, empathetic and professional and took care of it all with a new contract and lower interest rate. Stanley is shady, unprofessional, rude, nasty, immature and should not be trusted. He also will not give you the time of day after you go into the finance office. I needed my insurance cards my agent emailed to him, which I still do not have. When the sale was a done deal, he left me without finalizing anything. What poor service. He really should be fired or find another profession. DONT BUY A CAR FROM STANLEY AZAR.

Fairfax Motors was recommended to us via a service provided by Auto Circle, which has a relationship with our financial organization, United States Automobile Association (USAA). Once the initial greeting was established, we received a friendly greeting from Mr. Dillon Sands (Our salesman). Our initial conversation was very professional, yet not “Forceful”. My wife and felt welcomed/ invited to come and assess the vehicle. Before I go on, I have to admit that Mr. Sands (Fairfax Motors) did a pretty good job of enticing an "Ole Dawg of the porch". I was determined not to "Haggle-Around" with the process of purchasing this vehicle, and Mr. Sands welcomed the challenge tactfully and professionally. We called with minimal notice, in order to review the vehicle. The vehicle was ready to test drive when we got to the dealership, no-pressure sales, and the car was immaculate. The quality of the interaction with all staff members was commendable to say the least! I was extremely astonished at the organization of the finance manager, because the paperwork went pretty quickly. Lastly, the only thing that I didn’t get was a T-Shirt or Cap from Fairfax Motors, which would have “Set the Experience Off!” I have already recommended several potential buyers, to Fairfax Motors.
