Im actually really annoyed as while overall I like the car I got, there turned out to be an issue with the charcoal cannister (leakage) so I couldnt fill it with more than a couple of gallons of gas at a time before it backed up and spilled out. At first I thought it was just the gauge but ended up having to continually stop and refill it on the way back from Germantown to our home in Harford county just to be safe. This is not a problem that would be obvious doing a test drive either, its not as if we were going to stop and add gas while driving around the block for a few minutes. It ended up costing >$400 to fix. We got it "as is" but were told we were buying a car that is driveable and has been inspected and services. We were told the timing belt had been replaced (which turned out to not be true--was the original) and the AC has two bad parts plus leaks. This car has cost an additional $2000 in repairs. Total scam.

Last independent dealership in my area, so decided to check them out on a car that was priced awesome compared to all the big box stores around them.Good Service, negotiation and taking the car home were a breeze. I was able to get financed and leave with the car I wanted. Would def go back in the future or recommend to friends. Lot is kinda tight but once you find it its hard to miss but they offer the same car anyone bigger dealership would as long as you just need a car then and there without all the extra dealer gimmicks.

I call this dealership because of a special that I heard about they told me to do my credit application online and I did so. After I did that no one called me back so I called the repeatedly and left messages finally when I called a lady pick up only to tell me the person that handles the financing just step out and will call me back when he comes in! Still to this day I havent received a call back or a response very disappointed

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! This owner Assad guy is a fraud. He claimed to put struts in my car in the rear part, but he never put anything. I showed it to other mechanic and he says that the same struts are bad. He refused to honor 1 year warranty and refuse to fix this. I have to take him to the court for this matter. Please do not go there and save your money. I wish if i can give him negative rating. Do not go there.

Called them multiple times to try to get a hold of them before I arrived only to find out the owner of the dealership was at a "party:" from what I was told, and the people who were there (not even sure if they were employees) were completely unprofessional and were unhelpful.

The staff at Seneca was awesome! They bought me lunch and sold me a super cool car. Pretty sweet place! They had a wide selection, and the owner was willing to find me what I was looking for it they didnt have it. Would recommend to anyone!
