My husband and I purchased a Toyota Camry, and my sister also purchased a Toyota Camry, the same day and both from the charming and eloquent HARMEET SURI. Since the purchase, I have utilized the Service Division for the scheduled warranty service. And, from time to time I stop in to purchase accessories or to seek help with questions and refine my understanding of the workings of my Toyota! I have without exception, had excellent experiences - exceeding any other experiences at other dealerships Ive visited or purchased from over the past 45 years! Today, for example, I stopped in to see if Harmeet was there and would help me program/link my new iPhone with the Camrys Bluetooth. Harmeet was not there. A woman, with a name tag that read BRIANNA, approached. She lit of the showroom with her dazzling smile and warm welcoming manner and asked if she could assist me. I explained I was there to see if Harmeet would help me program/link my new iPhone with the Camrys Bluetooth. She explained Harmeet was not in until later that day and said she would be glad to help me. As she went through the process she also thoughtfully showed me how as well. We then spent some time discussing various accessories and in particular retrofitting heated seats. BRIANNA was very knowledgeable and articulate in all her communications. She followed up with a gracefully written email communication later in the day. How smart of the Fitzgeralds leadership to people their company with exceptional folks like BRIANNA HOOKS and HARMEET SURI! Its the continued encounters such as I had today with BRIANNA, and other occasions with HARMEET, that keep my husband and I committed to Fitzgeralds! I can get cars and service anywhere but I cant and dont encounter such lovely folks as I always experience at Fitzgeralds!

My recent experience at Fitzgerald Auto Mall the week of 7/14/14 was horrendous. The car was brought in to resolve a check engine light. They diagnosed it as in need of a tune-up. They completed the tune-up at a cost of $631. I drive the car off the lot, and within an hour the light came back on. I took the vehicle back there the next morning, and left it with them to correct. After nine hours, their response was to blame the recent timing belt replacement work of NTB. The vehicle was taken to NTB that night. Over the course of four days, NTB determined that the root of the issue was that the dealers tune-up was very poorly done. They damaged a plug and a nearby coil while completing the work. The error code that came up were all mis-fires of the cylinders, not related to the timing belt. Further, after a search of the VIN, the dealer never put the vehicle back on the diagnostic machine when I returned it to be corrected! NTB graciously offered to fix the dealers mistakes at a significantly reduced cost of $200. The vehicle now is repaired correctly; however, I am disgusted with the dealers lack of professionalism and honesty. I welcome the opportunity to speak to anyone that the dealers employs that follow these reviews because I plan to communicated directly with the dealer and demand an immediate, full refund. After this situation, I will publicly caution all of my family, friends, and colleagues to stay away from this dealer. A business that exploits consumers should be called out publicly and made to answer for this ridiculous behavior.

I came in this past Wednesday without the intensions of really trading my car. I wanted to see what They had to offer and what there was out there. I had the pleasure to work With Olga Kuznetsova and She was fantastic. From the first step into Toyota she was welcoming and helpful. She showed me everything I wanted to see and more. Toyota gave me a fair/good deal for my car so I decided to trade it in for an SUV. This is my third car from Fitzgerald Toyota in Gaithersburg. My first two cars were a Toyota Corolla ( which were eventually traded in) this third one I got is a RAV4. I love doing business with this dealership, they are friendly, helpful, and straightforward. Olga has to be one of the most helpful and amazing sale person I have ever dealt with, I truly I LOVED working with her and would recommend her to anyone. She was training Greg a new sales person on the floor and He was super helpful too. Any question I would ask Greg, recommendations and or opinions he would sincerely respond to me; I am sure he will become a fantastic and valuable person for Toyota. Both Olga and Greg were patient with my crazy demands, they were friendly and very supportive through the whole process. They both make sure I understood all the mechanics of the car and the new feature the car had. I learned as much as I could from both of them about the state of the art technology in this car. I truly had an amazing experience! I am looking forward to continuing business with Fitzgerald Toyota in Gaithersburg; Specially with both Olga and Greg! Thanks guys!

This is my second time coming back here to purchase a vehicle for myself (the first was for my brother.) I filled everything out online (the online credit application and my car request information.) I came in today around 11:30 to speak to the sales representative that emailed me (He was very nice and courteous and made the entire process very easy and professional.) I had a easy and helpful and painless time from start to finish (from the time Mr. Habib introduced himself till the time that I left.) In the end, Kevin and Mr. Habib said that they will call me on Monday and will do everything in their power to assist me in purchasing the vehicle (a Toyota camry 2017 SE). Thank you Kevin and Habib for being there for me! You have no idea how much that means to me! Follow up from last post: My brother and I came here to purchase a vehicle. We picked one out that we liked. However, by the time we got to the deal, the car was already sold. The salesperson AND the upper management there told my brother it was a comparable car (the car that we picked out was a V6 with some features BUT the one that the salesperson sold us was a 4 cylinder with less features.) This deal was done at near the evening towards the close of business day. Needless to say, the deal was done improperly, with the financial representative added on "extra" fees and tried to inflate the monthly payments for them to get a commission. I am extremely dissatisfied with this Fitzgerald location in Gaithersburg, MD.

I started looking for a car in March this year. I believe I came across Luke Doll in April at this location. I was still in the process of saving money and he was very nice to help me in my search for my new vehicle. However, i told him, i need to save a little more and ill get back to him. He said hell keep an eye out and check back later...i didnt believe that. in fact, i forgot. because with all the customers they probably deal with...i doubted he would remember me (a girl with not enough $$$ at the time).BUT he did remember and he reached out a month later and i was in more of a position to finance something. We looked at tons of cars and he worked his hardest in finding something suitable for me. He understood im a student and why i needed the car which made it easier for us to narrow down to HONDAS! He was brutally honest with me about cars and what not to invest and what would be most reliable. We came across a 2001 honda civic which was perfect for me....and through our constant communication & i believe him looking out for my well being.....i bought the car! Those cars sell fast and he def made sure we didnt lose another one (like we had before). He also made me feel more comfortable with the financing procedure. I think our working relationship was great and i can still talk to him after and inquire about whatever with the car. I think agents like Luke make this place worthwhile and im so satisfied with the service! =) def go there and ask for LUKE!
