If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I stopped by the store needing a couple of parts for my car. Both employees were outside trying to figure out how to remove a battery out of a truck. This should have been a huge red flag, but oh well. I waited inside and finally one of them came in and asked me what I needed. I explained which parts I needed, and without even offering to look them up in the computer or anything, he told me to go check in one of the aisles and walked away. I got a bit upset but walked over and used my phone to look the parts up on the Autozone website. I finally found the part I was looking for but they only had one in stock and I needed two. I went back to the register and waited again for one of them to come back in. When he finally did, I asked him if they had any more of the item in stock. Again, without even offering to check his inventory, or even another store, he just said "Whats on the shelf is it." and walked away. I politely returned the part back to the shelf and left. Honestly, unless you need a car part in an emergency, youre better off ordering it online. Youll probably save money and not have to deal with the crappy attitude.

I came here a few days ago. I personally wont be returning and will recommend others do the same. I was standing in line with someone waiting to check out. We were the only ones waiting AND watching two people right at the cash register having a conversation. This was especially annoying because we were in a big hurry. A younger guy came out and said he could help us. His attitude sucked. I felt like we were annoying him by asking for caliper bolts for a Dodge Durango. He responded "Dodge doesnt make a caliper." I had no idea what to even say. Thats like saying Dodge doesnt make a steering wheel. I then realized he thought "Caliper" was the model... Very experienced as you can tell. I then asked if they had another tiny plastic part for the gate on my dads pickup. Without hesitation, the dude told me I would have to go to the dealer. Turns out, my dad got them from this same location today. When I heard this, I decided to write this review. This place sucks. Go to Advanced instead. Its only a few blocks away.

watch out!!! they sold me USED MOTORCYCLE OIL!!! I order on line to save 20% for Motorcycle oil **** (I didnt knew that - but Walmart having much better price even after the 20% OFF)... so I order on line on 05/05/2016 9:20AM , came to the store at 10:35AM...said my name and show copy of my order and they gave me the oil. This was for 4QT 10W 40 motorcycle oil, One battle had a red cap and when I asked "why?" they told me that "this is the way it came" .... when I started to change the oil ....I fund out this is USED OIL (!) , I went to the store and complain - they made me fill like Im a THIEF ....same day I send an email to the main office, no one call me until today. I called today to the main office they promised me that the district manager will call me before the end of the day ...its 6:00PM and no one call.

Absolute great service courtesy of Alain. He made sure I had the right parts for my vehicle, found a coupon for my purchase, verified the quality of the parts, and installed them happily. Weve had sub-par customer service experiences here in the past and this was a welcome chage-of-pace. Theyve gained a return customer.

Nice employees but they would not take back a steering wheel knob that didnt fit, because I opened the package (had to try and install it). Packaging said it would fit most steering wheels, but it didnt give specs to go by. Seems to me they should be able to send it back to the manufacturer

The worst customer service experience ever. Theres 3 associates walking around not doing anything and the manager is not gettong involved even tho theres 4 people in line waiting. Save your time and go to the discount auto parts down the street. It will save u time.

6 people in line, cashier 1 (Alain) kept on trying to upsell one customer spending 15 minutes with him, the other cashier (Laboma) was doing the same thing. Meanwhile the manager hid in the back. First and last time.

Great place to buy auto parts, great selection and very organized store. But because of he great service it is usually always very busy. Long lines to pay some times but I still will always buy from them.
