hoy me dirigi a su centro pot problemas con una bateria con garantia de 3anos y el muchacho que me atendio,me dijo que no podia cambiarmela ,por que no tenia para hacer testing,yo le dije que mi bateria tenia una garantia de tres anos y solo tenia un ano,y le ensene el recibo de compra.y me dijo k no podia solucionarme el problema debido a k ellos no tenian para hacer testing,el cual ese no es mi problema.en fin me fui de autozone sin k nadie me resolviera mi problema.cliente disgustado.y sin resolver el problema.el que me atendio habla espanol,con rasgos achinado..en espera se su respuesta pedro trueba.

Acabo de pasar por este auto parte ya que al parecer mi auto tiene problemas con un sensor y despues de hacer una cola para q me atendieran,le explique al q despacha lo que me estaba pasando con mi auto y le dije q por favor le hiciera un tex al auto,y me respondio q a esta hora no podian hacerlo q fuera mas temprano. No entiendo q tiene q ver la hora para hacerle un tex a un auto. Para mi el servicio es super que malo Mas nunca voy a ese auto parte... 06/25/2017 7:00 pm

This place is slow and the staff is incompetent. I purchased a brake caliper and I had to wait for it three days just to find out they sent the wrong one. When I notify the manager he tells is the correct part based on a picture in their computer. Btw, this was a warranty part. So when I come back to get the right part the clerk hands me one with the bracket cause thats all they have. Later I come me back for my money back since it was under warranty and another "manager" tells me he cant because is not the same part. This is a perfect example of incompetent staff who cant resolve issues and much less know about parts. Stay away from this place. I should have stuck to advance!

This outfit worst than Pep Boys should change their name to "Clueless in Miami" Can blame IHCAN for this one they just did it to themselves. What ever happen to real auto parts all these new big auto parts retailers have a Wall Mart mentality they just hire the first idiot they can find for $9.00 an hour that haves zero clue as to what are car parts. If is not in the e-cat they just tell you dont have it meanwhile you go to the shelf and you find that they do have it.

This is the worst service Ive ever seen: dont honor warranties, employees, especially manager make own rules, and never help you out quickly. Expect to be here at least one hour to get your parts. Id give this no stars if it was possible. Avoid at all costs!
