We went to this store today looking for stoplight bulb and Alex was the employee who took care on us. Alex looked it up on the store computer and the system said they had 4 in stock. Alex went to the backroom and came back after 2 minutes with empty hands. I asked him how could this be possible if the system was saying they had 4 in stock. Alex excused himself by telling me well thats what the system says but there is none back there. Alex was rude and dismissive, he didnt even apologized for the inconvenience we had or anything. The best he could come up with was a "You guys can always go to another store if you want" Dauh like we needed such and advise, bottom line this store needs to be audited.

Typical low service at this location, in this case I have to hear their argument on a part send wrong to another place. None seen to care that Im was standing in front of them waiting for service. The manager or the lady in charge I think, finaly seen to ask once I started to walk out. "No thank you" was my answer and with that I wont be back.
