Horrible customer service I walked in and two employees were on the phone we waited by the counter for several minutes (there were no other customers there ) anyways we got tired of waiting for someone to acknowledge us so we proceeded to look for ourselves what we needed a moment later we returned to the counter where more people had walked in and were immediately helped I expressed my concern to the guy behind the counter and he tells me that Im being disrespectful because I asked him why hasnt he acknowledged or helped us we had been waiting and he says to me well you walked away and if you snooze you lose. Wow really so then he tells me Im being disrespectful I asked him how I simply expressed my feelings to him I wasnt yelling or saying anything rude and he says to me well I dont like your facial expressions I said to him well I do apologize but I dont think Im being rude he then tells me he wont help me and hes done talking to me. I am baffled at his attitude and arrogance he has anger issues and I will call corporate I cant believe I was treated this way.

I am very surprised the level of customer service they provided. Which was below standard. I was Looking for a specific fuel sensor but the employee insisted that I needed the complete fuel pump system and they do not sell that sensor alone after I told him serval times they do and that another employee showed it to me. It took me to show him on his pc where it was. I have also received military discounts always before at that store and the manager named Bob said they do not offer military discounts. I said ok and would ask the main offices of autzone if they do. He than gave me a 10% discount.

Excellent experience! The staff members will make sure you find everything you need for your car without having to worry about anything, their prices are convenient and fair. I was also surprised to find everything I needed to fix my lawn mower there as well. Plus all the things I need for it at a good price. I recommend this store to everyone.
