Never buy NAPA parts. Worst parts ever!!! Bought 3 major parts on 3 different occasions. Water pump leaked from bearing and didnt last 6 mos. Pair of brake drums and one was off center so wore shoes uneven. Now today, just picked up a remanufactured gearbox. Spline which connects steering was so worn out mechanic said it was unsafe to install. Remanufactured, my buttocks. Boycott NAPA. Junk parts sold there. U lost a customer.

Customer service here is rediculous...two customer service guys working the back registers. One of them actually working and helping a customer and the other, an african american, just running his mouth off talking to a client who obviously juat wanted to get out...I spent 5 minutes in line with nobody in front...get your act together! Employee 95 (according to the receipt) was the only one sensible enough to come and help.

My father and I have been going to this store for many years for parts. They almost always have what we need and if they dont its because it is a dealer only part or at another store which they can send to this store. Great people work here as well who go above and beyond what is required to make sure we get what we need.

Garbage. Came to get an air pump. Unit was open box and sure enough, didnt work. Returned it got myself 2 pumps. When someone returns something, check that it works before putting it back on the shelf.
