Attn: Mr. Darren Jackson - This review is regarding Store 09443 Employee: Kevin J. - This outstanding Sales Rep. was so pleasant, so efficient, it was a pleasure to shop there. We have shopped at this location before for car batteries, windshield wipers, car wash products. Kevin came out to the car and explained the process for installing our air filter. Kevin was a delight. He was not just polite, he was so helpful, and diplomatic. He made sure our vehicle started just fine before he went back into his store and my husband and i were both so impressed with the care we received. We definitely will be back to see him; not just because he laughed at my jokes, he listened to everything and commented because he is totally interested in his customers. Thank you. Everyone is very friendly and usually they have what Im looking for. Occasionally I have to go to another Advance Auto because they do not have the part Im looking for. But I wouldnt expect stores like this to have everything. If youre looking for spark plugs and fluids or other common types of parts then they should have exactly what you need.

By far THE BEST advance store I have EVER been in, the manager you have there now is someone who should be a lot higher up the food chain than a store manager Store was spotless, got greeted as soon as I walked through the door cant ask for much more and you owe it TO THE CURRENT MANAGER !
