PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW!!!!! I purchased some fittings that I later needed to return. There was nobody else in the store and the man I saw (Andrew) was not helpful. He was, in fact quite nasty, and refused to try to find the part number so he could process the return because I didnt have the receipt with me (left it at home). He even stated "I cant do that". When I asked him why the other guy was able to process a return for me without the receipt he said "I dont know how he did that, Ive worked for this company for 20 years, blah, blah, blah". I left very upset. I later returned and spoke to the manager (Tom) who apologized, told me that Andrew has been a problem in the past, said that he left, and went to work as a manager for OReillys auto parts, and assured me that I would not have that problem ever again. Tom was VERY nice. I would give this review 5 stars except that 1) I dont know how a good company could keep someone with such poor customer service skills working for them for 20 years, and 2) NAPA seems to have still not caught up to the competition as of yet (I was also assured that this was changing soon) in that they dont have a key chain card that can be scanned to keep track of purchases, and you still technically have to have your receipt to return an item. Again, I LOVE Tom, and hope he stays the manager a very long time. I will continue to patronize this store, but if I see Andrew in there again, or have a bad customer service interaction again, I will NEVER go back!!!

Needed a new battery for my john deere lawn tractor. I went to NAPA on route 8. Took my old battery in and had a new one in minutes. parked right at the front. The clerk knew exactly what I needed. In and out.. no problems. A good price for the battery. I took it home and put the battery in the tractor. Then I cut the grass. Ill be back.
