You refused to return a defective part that I had no need for because it DIDNT WORK and I had to get a working one elsewhere because you wanted to charge me full price for a second one without refunding the first, or just simple replacing it. I wouldnt have cared if it was 5 dollars, but it was 51.40. Thats by no means a small amount of money. So now I am out 51.40 and stuck with a part that is useless because it is defective. Not only am I reporting this to the BBB for the horrible policy of No Refunds or Replacements on electronic parts. I am contesting the charge at my bank to get my money back. This is going to be the most expensive 51.40 you ever withheld. And in the end I will get my money back. Thanks for nothing, Napa of Cranberry.

Always has the parts I need. Their staff is educated and they seem to really know what they are selling. Theres never a line and its way better than the large chain stores that you usually have to deal with in town. I would recommend this to anyone who was buying car parts for do-it-yourself repairs.
