in all fairness I only got to walk around it for about 5 minutes. Even though the store is clean and has very friendly staff, it felt like the grubby old Goodwill days with things piled on top of each other that you had to dig to to uncover buried treasure. Not like todays more sterile attempted neatness of the displays. I almost dropped when digging through the electronics out pops a Poly-com Supreme boardroom speaker phone. Full duplex high definition sound. I dont know what they cost now to have but they were like $8000 back in the hey-days of the internet bubble. I had to run and it just wouldnt have seemed right to purchase anything and not give the store the thorough digging it begged for. The next time I am there I will be there for about 6 hours - its that chock full of goodies!

The staff is horrible, I brought in something to take back and they stated they could not take it back that it was not from goodwill. It was obviously from there because there was a tag from their store on there! Also I shop at other thrift stores and this one is way overpriced compared with other goodwill stores. But what made me not go back to this one is the unfriendly staff. When I purchased the items I asked the clerk if I could bring it back and they stated yes but when I brought it back later that evening they refused to take it back!! I know it was only like $10, but dont state you can bring it back and then refuse to take it back.

I thought I had been 2 all the local Goodwills. I looked at my list & was pleasantly surprised when I discovered I hadnt been 2 Warner & Lindsay. It wss so big. The iles are wide & its organized very well. They have lots of stuff. The imploye suees are friendly. Its one of the nicest ones I have been 2. Please forgive all my mispellrf wprds & letters on the wrong place. 1 contavt is in my eye the other 1s in the case. Thank u.

The employees are really nice. Its quite a large location, so they have nice stuff here and there. The only bit is actually the clientele; I dont know what it is about Gilbert that attracts such rude customers- customers that dont understand that Goodwill literally has no power over what people donate- and also that men can wear skinny jeans. So, good store, but try not to let the rude customers get to you.

This goodwill is absolutely terrible. We donated 3 trailers full of perfectly good dressers, clothes, tools, ect.. The donation workers gave us dirty looks and made US clear out our trailer. Thats what theyre paid to do. I will never donate or shop at goodwill again. They are a disgrace. They do not give back to the community. They just steal our stuff and make money off of it.

I love this location. Always clean, always able to get great deals on what Im looking for. The staff is always friendly and smiling. This location plays a variety of music instead of the same thing over and over like some. I choose to go to the warner location instead of the Goodwill closer to my house off Alma school & Ray for the simple fact of cleanliness and friendliness.

Their front door says they close at 9PM their back door says they close at 9PM the website says they close at 9PM! I have a truck full of stuff to donate and they closed at seven. And its supposed to "RAIN TONIGHT"! Thanks Good Will.

I like shopping at Good Will and this location is hit or miss. Sometimes they have a good selection and other times they dont. I have been to others who consistently have a better selection and nice items.

Pretty standard goodwill. Selection wasnt amazing but it wasnt terrible either. Staff was about as friendly as you would expect from a good will. Overall not a bad experience.
