I was really disappointed with the customer service. I went in to check the furniture out and heard over the intercom that any blue ticket was 50% off so I roamed a bit to find a few blue tags. I went to the cash register to pay for my items and got distracted with my 3 year old and 10 month old. Next thing I know, my total came out to $21 (which I did not have enough in my cart to equal that). I took my receipt and reviewed it when I got to my car only to see that my item was charged twiced at full price. So I drugged my kids back in to get it fixed. The register personel sent me to return register. I waited at the return desk only to be greeted by a very unhappy employee. I told her what had happen and she then returned to say that the item wasnt 50% off because it was seasonal. I said that I was under the impression all blue tags were on sale so if that was the case, I didnt want it after all. She then said I cant return seasonal items?... Which makes totally sense after thinking about it but it was literally 15min after the transaction and with the impression from the intercom, I thought it would be totally exceptable to return it! She then, not only refusing to return, she said the only thing she can do is return the money of the extra charge but give it as store credit? By that point I got really frustrated and said no, Im sorry but I paid cash 15min ago, I want cash back. She said that store credit was the same as cash. i told her I didnt agree because I cant use the store credit to buy groceries or gas. She said the only way to do that was to call the manage down. I was relieved by that point because I was sure that he would understand the situation. Well, he did, but she didnt, and once he left, she went through with the transaction and gave me cash but only for the one extra item charged, not the unwanted item... Confused, I asked about the item that I didnt want since it was not on sale. She again said she cant return seasonal items. SO very frustrated and tired of my kids wanting to get out of there AND of me holding up the line, I just took it and left. Im still very bugged by the whole conversation that I came on here to write a review which I NEVER do!! I know not everyone that works there is like that but it doesnt change the experience that was had.

Worst service of my life. My son purchased a necklace and pair of earrings out of the jewelry case. The clerk took it over to the cash register and the necklace was missing and he ask where it was, the clerk then went back to see if she had dropped it, bent down and took it out of her pocket and brought it over. He then paid for the jewelry and while we were on the way to the front of the store with other items in our cart to buy the manager Neil came over and asked my son if he had bought the jewelry, my son then showed him the receipt and what he had bought. Neil took it away from him in the little baggie it was purchased in and took it to the register and made another clerk give him a refund. The girl at the cash register said that it wasnt right and to call cooperate. I called and called, they finally called 10 minutes before cooperate closed. And nothing could be done until monday, I asked them to hold it until they could get this resolved and once you sell it you cant make someone give it back to you. I have donated to goodwill 2 sets of living room furniture, expensive furniture, A queen size sleigh bed and other household items, real M.K purses and bags, Coach and I will never donate another thing to them. Worst service of our lives, even the girl that was made to refund my sons money said it wasnt right and wrote down the number for cooperate and told me to call. She even held up the baggie the Jewelry was in for us to take pictures of the necklace and earrings and the receipt and the refund we were made to take as Neil high fived some other guy and laughed about it.

Ive NEVER been treated so badly in any store!! I strongly recommend u NEVER go to the goodwill on power & baseline!! The cashier (sean) was sooo rude... I went to see if they has any a cpl storage bins & the price was written on a sticker on the bin & he didnt only accuse me of changing the price tag but wouldnt even allow me to show him the other bins to prove to him they were all price!! He said " Im not giving u that price". I was humiliated I would never ever change the price on an item... Im not a frequent shopper at GW but I will def not be going back!!

Sadly it seems like thrift stores are getting more and more overpriced these days. People used to be able to go there to get good deals. Now the items are marked up so high that one might as well go shop at Walmart or Target. I consider $8 for a pair of used pants to be too expensive. Specially when I can buy a new pair for $10 at Walmart. I hate to support big box stores but thrift stores really should charge less considering the massive amount of items that they get donated for free and the fact that they are supposed to help others

If I could give this store a zero I would. If u ever leave something of yours at goodwill dont bother asking for it back all they do is slap u in the face and let ur hopes die of ever seeing the stuff u clearly bought ever again. Great job goodwill u just made it onto my worst store of the year list. I would recommend just going to Savers bc at least they have good and welcoming employees

One of my favorite locations. Love the variety of stores in the shopping center too. If you dont find what youre looking for at goodwill, check out savers.. And then, if youre not all shopped out, hit the 99c Only Store.. finish it all off with some Starbucks and youve had yourself an awesome day! Love love love it.

Service at this location has been repeatedly awful both in store and in receiving. Clothing in the mens section is randomly sized, the tags on about 1/2 of the clothing are wrong. I have found 38s and 40s on the mens pants rack marked and placed as 30s. Its impossible to shop there, and I wont be going back.

They do good job and the store is always has something interesting. The most note worth thing is how careful most of the donation attendants seem to be at making sure things are done right on the receipt, one of them named Brett had plenty already ready for quite a few people in line.

Went in to find some golf clubs, found one without a price tag thinking it couldnt be more than a few bucks... The cashier made up her own price "8.00$" saying that is what clubs are worth loll.... As my buddy walks out with a folding cart caddy for 5$.... What a rip off.
