I ordered a hand gun on the 27, was told it would ship out in one day and be at the store on the 30 for pickup. When I called on the 30 to check, the sales clerk seemed annoyed and told me it wasnt in. He informed me, with attitude, to wait for a phone call telling me the order is in. Now its the first and I just called the corporate customer support. They told me that gun ships directly from the supplier and they are behind. The gun should ship by the 4th and be in by the sixth. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. It would have changed what gun I purchased. Even today, on the website it states that the gun is in stock and in stock items ship within 24 hours. With a $700.00 purchase, I just expected honesty and not attitude when I call to check on an item already paid for! At least the corporate office was honest.

Their going out of business and you can sure tell it.their attitude is the worst Ive seen In customer service.i tried buying an item get to the counter and was told it was double of what the price tag said.so I thought no worries just a mistake she went to see what I was talking about.she came back and said no thats different there are two different prices (same product).so I go show her what I saw and were I got it frow.buy time we walked back their some one removed the sale tag.so I was like way kinda game we playing.i got worse she lied and said it would never say that price.so I called a young manager over to help explain every thing again the manager.he is the one that stool the price. This is the most Over Priced Sporting Goods store ever. No wonder they are going out of business. Some examples: An Under Armour mens Polo Shirt $54.99. I found the same one at 2 other stores for $35.99. Thats just one example. They are just too many to list. I would not shop there again.

This is the worst Outdoor Company in the US. Not just that their prices are sky high, the discounts for "store closeout" are the same prices if not even more then other stores regular prices. Idiotic corporate culture and corporate management... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

This is a good outdoor store to go to and look around so you can buy it online for wayyy cheaper. Guns are seriously over priced even compared to other local shops, and accessories are outrageous on price. But the staff is always super helpful.

Going out of business, so offerings are VERY limited. Signs really push the 50% off, but fine print is again limited items (up to). Most stuff is 20% off, and makes it still more pricey than most outdoor place offerings.
