I placed an order for carbonless forms, and everything went smoothly until I was sent the proof. I realized that there was a mistake (made on my end) and I sent them the file to replace. They sent me two more proofs with the same file. I KNOW the change I made on the file I created, so I was able to easily tell they hadnt replaced it at all. After calmly explaining that there may have been a mix-up because the file names were the same (which I believed may have caused the mix-up), as well as calling the customer service number (leaving a message and getting no call back), I was sent an email stating that: "I have use your file from your email twice now and you have selected changes required both times. Im sorry but we will not be able to print your forms for you, I will cancel your order and refund your money. We will not be able to accept future orders from you, sorry." First of all, spelling and grammar are an important part of professional correspondence... Secondly, up until that last email, I believed I was conducting myself in a professional and polite manner and making a reasonable request. I even stated that they could charge the $10 proof fee because I was requesting the file to be replaced because of an error I made (when in reality, they did not seem to be able to figure out which was the old file and which was the new). As a first time customer, I am shocked and appalled by the way Lighthouse Printing chooses to conduct business. As a Christian woman myself, I was surprised to see that this company proclaims itself to be Christian. I will be taking my business elsewhere, hopefully somewhere that can conduct themselves professionally.

Well, my experience is pretty weird with them, because it looks like a professional company, but they act like psychos. After I placed a first order I was happy, because their prices is great, but next day their print proof system give a bug, so back and forth, we finally print proof the file. So, we decide to go ahead and placed another order, but same thing print-proof plug-in doesnt work well, so instead of re-upload it in high-res, they send me an email that they are not going to work with us and told me to do business somewhere else. Wow, for 20 years of graphic design works, this is first time I meet such a weird people. Instead of explain to us - maybe specific requirements or some special technics to work with their website, they just canceled our order and told us go somewhere else. If you treat customers like this that could bring you few thousands a year, well all I could tell you that I feel sorry for you.

Lacking in Customer Service. I had never used them before, but my boss had. He asked me to use them again. I couldnt get any help or assistance from them in any way. There is a section for comments to review the proof. They never made the changes. I didnt understand that. I asked why. No answer. I asked about a customer service dept 2x that I could call. No response except a snarky email. Then when I wrote, "God how I wish you had a customer service dept." That made them angry and they stated they didnt "like my language" There was no swearing or "language" I believe that pleading for assistance was the last straw for them. How dare I ask for help from their company where I want to give them money! They stated to take my business elsewhere which is fine.I did, got great customer service and a better price for my boss! How sad that asking for assistance is bothersome to a company.

Great Company. I am a first time customer. I needed a printing company where I could upload my custom made invoices for my business. I was able to upload my business invoice, select the options I needed (a lot of options available), review my order and preferences, and place my order online all within minutes. I was even able to add invoice numbers starting at whatever number I needed. Once I uploaded my invoice, they sent me a proof to make sure it looked good and to make any corrections if needed. I received my invoices within 7 days of ordering (company needed 2 days for production). They even had an expedite option, just in case you needed your items quickly. All in all, I am very happy and pleased with the printed invoices and service I received. I will definitely be reordering from Lighthouse printing, as well as would recommend them to anybody in need of a printing service!

Horrible customer service. I dont understand how they do business this days. Just hire a one normal secretary and fix your proof system. Spend few bucks and it will pay off I full this investment. I feel when I speak with them they are over this issues because they cant answer you normally. Instead of fix their broken system and offer better customer supper they keep accumulate negativity, I guess if they love negativity Id rather go some other place because this days its all about positivity. Cheers guys. I will tell my folks to go somewhere else and never, NEVER!!! go back to you until you understand your mistakes and fix your prof 90s system and reply publicly that you did fix your broken system and welcome all customers again!!!

My company needed 2,000 forms printed. After a little research, I found this place. They were reasonably priced, but I needed my forms to have a 3-hole punch on the long side which was not an option on the website. So I contacted them to see if this was possible. I spoke with Kathy, who said she would check to see if this could be added to the website. She emailed me back about an hour later with the direct link to the form which now included the hole drilling option. I was very pleased, so after I received approval from my boss, I ordered on a Friday and received them on the following Wednesday. We will definitely be using their services again, and I highly recommend that you should too! :)

Used this company to print contracts for my rental company. HORRIBLE. They are the only company I have ever used that can not convert a word or pdf document properly. Because of this it took 3 proofs (there fault not mine), and guess what, because there was 3 proofs for the final project, they billed my credit card an additional $20. When I contacted them about this issue they were rude and not understanding and just said its in the fine print. IT WASNT MY FAULT, obviously they couldnt understand that. Honestly they wont get any more of my business. There are a lot of printing companies out there, choose one that isnt going to nickel and dime you and has their software together.
