Most of the employees here are very helpful. Im prompted to write this because, for the third time, the front end manager Alyssa is giving me a hard time about returning nonperishable, low dollar items, purchased in the past week to month without a reciept. I tend to buy items for events or on impulse and always end up with leftovers. I use my Koger card with every purchase and any other employee has no trouble looking it up with the scanner and has been able to at least give a store credit for without an manager approval. I dont care about putting it back on my credit card since im shopping that day anyway. A manager on another day was able to print out 90 days of my purchase history after, Alyssa had made repeated trips to the back office just to call me a liar by saying I never shop here. She may as well be using it as an excuse to spend a 10-30 minutes off the floor. This has been my regular Kroger going on 3 years. There isnt much for affordable grocery store options here so, Ill just avoid the service counter when I need something on her shift. If I have a return, ill just take it back to the car and bring it in on another day. Its an inconvenience but, only because she makes it that way. Im sorry, I didnt mean to post those photos from the bargain bin produce. I want to delete them but, havent figured out how yet. I was looking for what could have led to the spots, GPS happened and... fff...

The service at this store is terrible. People walk around the store in stuper never engaging their customers. My biggest pet peeve is NEVER when I walk into this store do they have the small brown baskets at the primary entrance. I have to walk to the other side of the store to find a basket. Despite pointing this fact out to multiple managers, nothing changes. One instant when they had one register open and all self check out stations were occupied, I made the mistake of going to the customer service counter to check out. She started complaining I had too many items. I asked her where the sign was stating a limited numbers of items were required and of course she had nothing. When I asked to stop complaining and check me out she literally walked away from her station at customer service station refusing to finish my order. I complained to the manager and the girl still works there. I used to manage a Kroger store years ago. This store is so incredibly below average regarding customer service. Buyer beware.

Employees are rude and do not engage customers. Managers are too busy gossiping to even notice that the employees do not help customers. I have stood at a checkout counter and watched elderly customers try to get the attention of an employee to help them and the employees ignore the elderly customer. I personally have helped elderly customers take their bags to their cars and load their bags. I have purchased boxed goods that I have later noticed are out dated. I should have looked while in the store so, that is my error. I just dont understand why expired products are even in the shelf to be sold. I have never been to a store that is this terrible. I would have rated this store a negative 5 if it were an option. This review is 2 years in the making. I was in shock the first few times I shopped here and kept trying to find something positive but, I have given up and now shop at Publix. Do not give this place your hard earned money.

Good selection and prices, not quite as robust as some of the Roswell locations but with Aldi so close I dont find myself lacking often. There are online stores that cover any dry items I cant find. Id love more seafood options, though. Only docking 1 star for the pharmacy, but its because the level of service/frustration is entirely dependent on which pharmacist is working at the moment. I have cancer at the moment and there is one pharmacist who seems to want to make it as difficult as possible to get my meds, despite the fact that I seem to be in there filling scripts with big "GEORGIA CANCER SOCIETY" writing all over them, multiple times per week. I have cancer, I dont appreciate it when people play games with my meds. On the other hand some of the pharmacy workers have gone out of their way to help me, so if I didnt dread the one employee that makes my life miserable this would be a 5 star review.

Typical working class Kroger. Open until 1:00a, drive thru pharmacy. Open til 1:00 4.5 stars. Layout makes sense. Quick trip worthy. I think it was being upgraded, construction when i went late after 11:00pm. Good selection. Even lightbulbs. Did I mention Open til one a.m. ? I am picky re Krogers and Fred Myers in Oregon. Gas. In a couple months I will likely feel like this is a FIVE, conveniently located, tons more parking than Jiles in Kennesaw, a Chinook dual rotor flying work horse can land with ease. Update: Healthy food selection near Self Checkout. Perfect.

Ive had the misfortune of shopping at this store since 2008. Always out of the things we need. Some staff are great, some are horrible. The produce is never up to par its easy to see that the store has yet to be well managed. There are sometimes when it gets better and Ill go a week or two with no issues but then, BAMB! Out of everything and people turn rude or completely disengaged again. And it sucks if you plan on trying to eat healthy. Horrible options for health conscious people. Ive been in better piggly wigglys.

The customer service is horrible in this store. I bought a watermelon among other things this morning from here. Got home, cut the watermelon and it was sour. Went Back to the store and was ignored by the two girls talking in customer service until I slammed that nasty toxic watermelon on the counter. I asked could I get another....why? I know ask myself because guess what? I got home and that one was sour too. Bad Food + Bad Customer Service= Kroger Hwy92

The deli clerks ignored me and continued talking on the phone. Then when i told her what kind of sandwich i wanted she acted as if i was causing her to do extra work. Kim was my server and she was not polite with me. Theb the customer behind me started rushing me and the clerk told her i was ordering a difficult sandwich. Last time i ever by anything feom here again!

LOVE all the employees: very friendly, always willing to help find things or make cuts of meat that arent available in the coolers, they know my children and make them feel special while we are there. I would love to see more options in the meat department but as stated before, they are willing to cut special meats for you, just ask.

Great place to shop, I can’t say that I ever have had a bad experience here. I am always on the lookout for sales on the bulk meat. It’s great you can always ask anyone of the butcher to cut up bulk meat to your specs, they bring out a test slice to make sure that’s what you want before cutting the rest.
