I am writing this review to make sure other people will not run into the same problems as we did. This is regarding our purchase of a 2003 Kia Sorento on December 19th 2015. We purchased the car on a Saturday and were told that it could be fixed during the day, which was fine with us. We new it would take some time to fix however we did not know it would take 8 hours. On top of that we were told to come back on the following Monday since they did not finish all the repairs. Things such as alignment of the wheels, leaking of oil and engine lights. My wife came back the following Monday and spent another ten hours waiting for our car where after she was told that the car would not be ready that day. This is not ok and someone should already Saturday have told us this would happen. She arranged for them to keep the car until December 24th to make sure they had enough time to get the car fixed. December 23rd I called up the dealership to make sure they would have the car ready since we had plans during the day and evening of the 24th. They confirmed the car would be ready at twelve o’clock the 24th. We arrived December 24th at around 12 o’clock and the car was still not ready. After waiting another hour the car is finally there and we take it for a test ride. The car seems fine, however it was not cleaned as they told us it would be and when we get ready to leave, the engine lights come back on and now the airbag light is also on. Another thing with the engine is that it is now also over heated. One of the salespersons takes us and the car to the mechanics and we spend another 3 hours waiting for the car to get fixed. The mechanic changes the thermostat and reset the engine light. He also changed some wiring to the battery which was also not fixed. After waiting another 3 hours on Christmas eve we were so much behind on our plans that we had to leave back home right away, however the airbag light was still on. The mechanic explained that it just needed a reset however he did not have the computer to fix it. The following week I decided to take the car to a mechanic close by my work since we had already been back and forth 3 times to Brooklyn. I told the mechanic if he could reset the airbag light, however the problem was not that simple. I had also discovered that the car was leaking power steering fluid and ask the mechanic to look what that was about as well. After looking into these things he explained that he tried to reset the airbag light but it would come back on again. To fix this problem he would need to replace the wiring and a sensor among other things costing about $ 500 or more. He also explained that the pressure line and return line needed to be replaced in order to fix the power steering fluid from leaking. The same day I was notified about this I tried to call up 1USA AUTO SALES more than 15 times being put on hold each time. I even tried to contact a salesperson directly as he had given me his cell number for me to call if any problems. Since I could get no contact from you and ask how to proceed I went back to the mechanics and asked him to fix the problems. Since the car was only $ 5075 I did not wish to spend that much on fixing the airbags, meaning I am now driving a car where the airbags are not working. We recommend going somewhere else. The people are very nice, however once they have sold you a car there is no coming back for help. I tried to send the same thing as i have just mentioned to the auto dealer with no response. I see no other option to let someone else know of our story.

Don’t attempt to call these guys to acquire information on any vehicles posted online. I was passed round the phone line from one person to another that would make me restate my inquiry and cut me off and put me on hold or transfer me again. I don’t live near New Your so I would have to travel to the dealership, before I would make the arrangements to travel I wanted to agree for USA 1 dealer to hold the car for me. I was willing to pay the advertised price listed in the online inventory. Unfortunately, everyone that spoke with me was very unprofessional and rude. They would not agree to hold and sell their vehicle for the advertised price. What is the point of listing the car for sale if you can’t agree to sell it for the price listed? All they could tell me is to come in and test drive the vehicle. Eventually they hung up the phone on me. If you live in Brooklyn, NY you might have a better luck just coming in the dealership, unfortunately this is not an option for me. As far as dealing with USA 1 Auto Sales based on their online inventory I would have to advise everyone not to waste your time, all they can tell you is the vehicle is available and you have to come test drive it. USA 1 Auto Sales is a good example of how dealerships earn their bad reputation. Instead of be honest and providing quality customer service, the dealership is luring in mass clientele with advertised prices in hopes to catch a few customers that fall for their tactics. Because this is their strategy, one statistic they eventually find out the hard way is that it’s ten times easier for a customer to leave bad feedback review versus leaving a good review. I hope their management will eventually catches onto this.

I wish I can rate them 0 they are not even a one!!!!I experienced the worst with the entire staff here!!They prey on first time buyers and they are all experienced to look as if they are helping you but they have a lot of under the table things going on Ash is one of their employees and is a fast talker ,rude and a LIAR!!!They are the top 5 worst I will never refer anyone to this place. My husband and I found a 2007 Pacifica online that was priced at 999.00 cash no payments or anything . When we arrived to the dealership we were referred to one of their liars Ash and which he lied and said thats just the down payment the car isnt 999.00 !!!They tried to have me and my husband pay 10,000 dollars with payments of 289 a month for 3 years for a used 2007 Pacifica that was originally cash price 999.00 the salesman name Ash was than rude and lied when I told him the car is 999.00 he said well then take your money and go what how rude he tried to have us pay for a car that have 167,749 miles 10,000 dollars with a down payment of 2,000 and a payments of 289 a month for a used Pacifica the window didnt roll down, the cargo area had a lot of oil spills, the interior was damaged badly, the radio didnt work , no alarm system, that why is was 999.00The whole entire company is a scam and though it says USA Auto Sales your paperwork be under Lenden Used Cars Sales!! Stay away from this company and the one right next door they ALL are connected!! Investigators need to investigate this place!!! They are HORRIBLE .
