I purchased a Subara from Daniel Auto and the staff and Daniela were very helpful with my finance work and I was very impressed. They assured me that the car was in good working condition and I trused them. Unfortunately, when I tried to drive the car to pick up my son in Syracuse the car broke down in under 100 miles and I had to have it towed home for $350. When I called them they came and took the car back to their repair shop and later called me to say that the head was blown and even though I had driven the car over the 1,000 miles limit they would fix it for me. This was my first mistake trusting them. I had only made 2 payments to the bank and already I felt like I made a big mistake. When I got the car back I drove it for a couple of weeks and then the check engine light turned on with the cruise button flashing which causes the car to drive erratically. I drove the car to their repair shop again and they said they would fix it for me that it was only a sensor issue. They called me in a couple of days to say that it was fixed and I could come and pick it up, but I had to work late so I could not pick up the car until the next day. When I arrived the next morning the mechanic told me my car was parked down the block and across the street (which I thought was rude behavior - but I should have expected this from them because once they get their money they treat you like you are bothering them). When I got in my car I noticed that the back seat and the back of the drivers seat had grease stains smeared across it. I was very upset about this but I took it to a car wash and got most of the stains out. Then I tried to drive to CT and the check engine light went back on with the cruise light blinking so I know nothing was done to fix my car. I brought my car to a reliable repair shop today and I am waiting to hear what the real damage is before I contact the bank and notify the better business bureau. I would not recommend anybody trust this car dealer - they are not honest people.

I met Ron & Daniel his wife years ago on my first vehicle purchase. . Here we go, I showed up at Rons shop very interested in a white Subaru Legacy he had. He saidid "my cars are good, no problems with them you want a test drive? " After looking it over for awhile, I asked if I could take it to my mechanic? Without hesitation "heres the keys take it for a spin & let your mechanic check it ". Wow! Just like that, I was shocked. I already liked Ron after that gesture, he was a straight shooter. After my mechanic checked it from top to bottom, dionostic the whole nine. He said "If you dont buy this vehicle, I will.. That was 2008-2009, Ron & his wife Daniel are terrific people, I mean it. They are the perfect business husband and wife team that I have had the pleasure of meeting & working with. . We just purchased our 3rd vehicle today. My wife was happy as always when we deal with Ron and Daniel. As always we had great service from start to finish. We new what we wanted, Daniel sat down with us, worked all the #s, success we were done. . Very smart, shes the best, I honestly wouldnt buy a used vehicle anywhere else. . 8years have gone by, we still have the 2 other vehicles running strong no major mechanical problems just wear & tear.. 4th vehicle is in the process as I type, family ride needed sits 7 easy. . I had been looking all over the eastern half of the country for a specific Audi vehicle with a 6 speed manual transmission for about a month, when a car matching my needs showed up in a Craigs List search at Daniels. The ad said "mint condition" and when I phoned Ron to ask questions, I believe the word he used was "pristine". Living in New Hampshire, I was skeptical about a 9 year old car with 99k miles from the NYC metropolitan area looking that good, but was pleasantly surprised when I showed up and could count the visible scratches on one hand. Ron patiently answered my questions over the course of several phone calls, and texted me the Carfax and answers to questions he could not answer within minutes. I knew the price these cars were going for in the enthusiast market all over the country, and Ron and I agreed on a very reasonable price. I hopped on an overnight Amtrak train to NYC, caught a morning train to Yonkers, and Ron picked me up at the train station. He told me what work he had done to the car, and was truthful about what work he did not know if it had been completed recently, like timing belt and cam tensioners. We had the sales paperwork completed quickly, and then Ron replaced a fuse when we noticed the plug in for my GPS was not working. I have not had the car into my mechanic yet, but so far, I could not be more pleased with the transaction. Thanks, Ron!

I am a college student and heading into my senior year. I was sceptical about buying a used car. I came across an ad on cars guru about a 04 Jeep liberty 93k miles. I just went there to compare that to a previous Jeep I saw the same day. Let me tell you. The car was fully loaded with everything in it for its time. Made me feel like I was driving something alot newer than a 2004. And was basically like mint condition with minor scratches on bumpers but thats normal for used cars. Condition wise it was the best thing Ive seen since I was looking for a Jeep. Price also was not top dollar like typical dealers hence why their cars never sell for a while. While Ron at Daniel Auto Sales sells cars for fair price and theyre deals. So he made me have confidence with buying a used car with him. He guarantees the car when you first get it. A couple things Ron fixed and when I went through day after I bought the car from him he took care of it all. The Transmission pan needed to be replaced cause it was leaking. He replaced the pan and replaced lost fluid. The drivers side doors locks he replaced and the hydraulic for the hood so I could open and prop the hood. What a wonderful experience. Never thought there would be such an honest dealer here in Yonkers. I would definitely buy a car again from Daniel Auto Sales. The track record is remarkable.
