I called about a car listed for $41,990 on their site on 10/11/2014 to ask for the condition of the car since i live 60 miles from the dealer, i was told the car was in excellent condition. I drove out to their dealership to find a car with a missing gas tank lid and a hood covered in scratches. I was told both issues would be resolved without issue. We went inside to discuss price and the asking price went from $41,990 to $44,990. I showed the dealer the asking price on their own site and he highlighted a sentence on the bottom of the page stating "see dealer for details", not sure why that would be relevant... I left.. Later that night I got a call from the dealership asking why I didnt come by, I informed them that i did and was given a price way over asking, they apologized and transferred me a a different sales person that again apologized and offered me the car for $39,990. I went back out on 10/13/2014 to purchase the car. I arrived at the dealership and was told that there was a mistake and they could not do $39,990, but they could do $42,500 ($500 over asking). Annoyed that i once again drove 60 miles I agreed to pay the extra $500. I signed the contract and gave my deposit, they informed me that the car would be ready on friday (fix hood and gas tank cover). On thursday i called to check the status of the car, i was told it was in the body shop being repaired. On friday I called again to check the status and was told the car would be ready in 2 hours. 2 hours later i arrived at the dealership with my check for the balance of the car, I saw the car in the lot and it looked EXACTLY like it did when i first saw it, still no gas tank lid and a scratched up hood. I was asked to wait another hour for them to fix it. An hour later i was asked to speak with the owner, I started speaking to the owner and he tells me that they gave me a wrong price, that they need to charge me another $1,000 plus a $695 acquisition fee to sell me the car, even though i already have a signed contract and made a deposit. I refuse to pay more and tell him I already signed the paper work for an agreed on price and that I shouldnt need to pay an acquisition fee since Im paying cash. The owner refuses to budge stating all his customer pay acquisition fee and that he could not sell it to me for the price on the contract. I left.

I posted a review while in the process of buying a car (they pay customers for reviews by the way). Big mistake. The car I purchased had all sorts of problems. When I drove it off the lot the check engine light was not on, but the next time I turned the car on it was. They disconnected the battery just to trick me into driving it off the lot and not seeing that until the next time I turned the key. In the process of replacing the battery the fuse for the radio was blown, which can happen if its installed incorrectly. The things that this car needed that were not done upon purchasing includes: check engine light (faulty piston(s) and O2 sensor, the ONLY problem Ive been able to have them fix almost 2 weeks after buying), bald tires, desperate need of an oil change, no windshield wiper fluid, no shifter knob (was told it was stolen - come on theyre 20 bucks!!) no radio, and burnt turn signal light. There is no way any sort of 120 point inspection was done on this car. They will rush you through the process of financing - by the way if you choose to have them do your tags and registration rather than going to the DMV its like 900$, completely outrageous - and then ask you to post a bunch of positive reviews on web sites while they "get your car ready" which was a 5+ hour process for me. To make matters worse, I have been trying to call them all morning to have the remaining problems taken care of and no one is answering the phone, and there seems to be no way of leaving a voicemail. Incredibly unsettling experience that does not inspire confidence.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CLOWNS. They are shady fast-talking ghetto used car dealers. I bought an Infiniti G37 from them over a year ago, had a bad experience across literally every aspect of the deal - they talked to me like crap at first, made all kinds of misrepresentations and never made good on fixing all kinds of things on the car aesthetically before delivery. They talked me into taking the car and coming back to get the things that they committed to, only for them to hold the car for over a week and do nothing. Then when I showed up to pick it up they had some idiot in the back throw touch up paint on the fender in the dark. It was truly insulting and pathetic. Even so, I took the car and enjoyed it for a year as it was a great vehicle in good condition - ill at least give them credit for finding decent cars to sell. Now, I recently traded that car into the Land Rover of Manhattan only to find out from them this week that some bank I never heard of claims there is an unpaid lien on the vehicle. I let these people at Queens Auto Sales handle the financing and I went home thinking that I financed through M&T Bank and paid them all year, only to find out now, that these shadeballs did some dirty dealings. Land Rover is working with me to figure it out all the way, and these clowns are about to get a rude awakening from the State, BBB, and possibly action from other parties. SERIOUSLY, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. THERE IS NO REASON TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS.

This car dealer is the worst I ever seen I bought my car last year a mercedes benz it was in a good condition nice and clean they told me that the car cost $21.0000 and with taxes it goes $24.000 and we said ok he make us to sign as $24.000 and he put 3 insurances without telling us and he sold the car for $30.000 without telling us and we finance the car if we didnt pay the car after 3 months the car will cost $40.000.Another thing is the car had only one key and the car supposed to have two keys and they tell us that you have to go to the mercedes benz dealer to make it because they cant and the guy said bring the receipt so they can give us the money I talk to them and they said send the receipt with fax I fax it and I didnt get any response I also went to the dealer and they didnt do anything and that guy wrote it down and he said I never said that. Also they are so disrespectful to the customers and they are such a LIARS.PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND THEY TELL YOU DIFFERENT PRICES AND YOU SIGN DIFFERENT PRICES PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE A LOT OF DEALERS OUT THERE!!!!!

Theres absolutely no way that anyone would ever give these guys a good rating...all these reviews have to be fake! I called the place to ask if there is any other fees on top of the price, they said no, only the tax and dmv fees. Understandable. Told my cousin to go check the car out bc he lives closer to them, he went and the car wasnt there. I told them Im coming from Philly, went there, the car wasnt there. They tell me lets talk about the price first (without even seeing the car.) Thats when they pull $3,000 out of no where. I said what is this? the indian sales man said its a warranty for the car. So they put bull**** prices online just to wheel you in and for you to find out theres a $3000 on top of what ever the price is online....I drove 3 hours for absolutely nothing!!! these guys are scammers! they dont know how to do business! Dont waste your time going there unless you live 2 min away then you can go in and see that even that 2 min of your life went to waste.
