First let me say this, I dont sell new cars. I sell used cars, n I can not guarantee u that the cars wont give u problems, what I can guarantee u is that if the vehicle u buy give u problems, within the warranty period, I will fix it, no questions asked. Every vehicle u buy come with a 30 days warranty, engine n Transmission, n u are allowed to take the vehicle to ur own mechanic to be check out before u buy it, n after u fully satisfied with it, u have 30 additional days warranty. These three reviews posted above are a false representation of how Boston road auto mall conduct business. First the person that posted the review with the Mercury mariner took a loan from Boston road auto mall, doing buy here pay here, n every issues he had with the vehicle was taken care off. But he fell behind with his payment with a past due balance of over $1000 n was Repossessed, voluntary repossession. The other person talking about that I refused to repair the vehicle after the vehicle started giving him problems within two weeks is a lie. He still has the vehicle n continue making payments on it, since he is doing buy here pay here with Boston road auto mall. He only has problems with the vehicle when the payment is due. Plus I guess the vehicle is not that bad that he still keep it n dont bring it back. Ill happily take it back. The third person is writing a review for his friend who is very happy with his vehicle. Same thing with him, he is making payments to Boston road auto mall n never has reported any issues that has not being taken care off. We have over 7 years in business n having three negative reviews posted, and having served hundreds of satisfied customers, i think we r doing pretty good. Thank you. Dont believe everything u hear, see for ur self.

Horrible horrible service. For my first car I came here because a friend of the family got their vehicle from Juan. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt even though the friend of the family had minor issues with their car. When I first got the car their was a beeping sound coming from the dashboard. Okay I decided to continue and let Juan try and fix it. Long story short Ive had my 2005 mercury mariner for 2 months, transmission broke down, tire blow out, shocks, breaks and axels messed up. I had to tow the vechicle twice, paid for a sensor to be fixed. Also the sunroof broke and the engine. At the end he asked for the car back and kept all the money. And said for me to walk away. I have videos,pictures, and text messages. People please pay attention. Lemon Law is very important

Stay away from this place my friend bought a 2004 trailblazer from this place and had 100 issues and gave him a hard time to fix that vehicle and then they send you to this mechanic which they all connected some way another is not worth the money or the hassle buy at your own risk.

This dealership is the worst. Juan is selling defective cars and then does want to fix them. I had my car for 5 months and since week 2 this car has been giving me problems. Hes disrespectful and does know how to talk to people. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!....this doesnt deserve a star
