I recently purchased a vehicle from Yonkers Auto Mall. I was first skeptical about coming to this place from reading all the bad reviews about this place. I learned about it from the Capital One Event letters. I felt that most of the complaints and reviews were just more of classic human error. My first visit I met with Eric, he was very nice and helpful despite the dreaded 2 minutes before closing blues. I then returned the next day with the with my paystubs and Eric continued to help me with my car buying experience. Unfortunately I did not have the proper requirements for Capital One but Eric and Gina Did everything humanely possible to help me get into the car I eagerly wanted. As I waited Eric made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed of everything that was going on with my process from beginning to end. I did not have to ask for the car fax. Eric showed it to me and explained each and every detail that was reported on the car fax. Afterwards he explained clearly and as simple as possible. No fancy words or rushing me through all the paper work step by step to what I was signing and being charged for. Afterwards I went into a room to speak to, Gina Grossman, the finance manager. She had me sign my name over 20 times and simple and clear as well as to what I was agreeing to and signing my name for. She was very nice and pleasant. I was so happy with my experience I asked her where do I go to write a review. Thats when I spoke with Chad who was also too a very great and pleasant guy as well. I left and still feel happy and comfortable with my car buying experience here. The team at this location will help you in everyway possible. I will strongly recommend and I have been telling all of my friends to come buy your next car here. Great service and a great selection of cars to choose from.

I had a very good experience at this car dealership. I went to 7 dealerships before I finally found what I wanted, in the price range that I wanted at Yonkers Auto Mall. Within 2 hours of finding the car, test driving it, asking questions, etc., I was driving off the lot in my new car for the exact price I wanted to pay. They were very nice and helpful, and the one issue that I had, they promptly took care of it. If your reading these reviews, just remember most times people who have negative experiences usually write reviews because they want to get something off their chest because they are feeling used and abused by a situation. Not saying that their negative experiences arent valid and helpful, but usually people who have good experiences just keep it moving and most times dont bother to write a review. So just do your research and go in armed with information to make the best car purchase for you. I had a good experience here, and the last time I bought a car was about 10 yrs ago where the full experience wasnt so great. So I went in with eyes wide open and a million and one questions, and I am very happy with my purchase from this dealership.

All used car dealers must be asked about extra hidden costs. Once you do that, including this dealership, youll see that Yonkers Auto Mall still has great prices compared to other dealers. Youll also see that the service is great. My salesperson was Sal Moussa who was helpful, gave me that carfax report, took me on a test drive that really allowed me to get the feel of the car, and answered my questions. Even after I bought the car, he was very helpful in getting new batteries for my car keys, and showing me how to pour in liquid for the windshield wipers. The manager, Gina, was very nice and helpful in ordering me a new battery as part of the deal since the existing battery was not good. They did not want to give me new rear tires, but thats why I had a good price, so I accepted this. Also, another manager, Anthony Hamawi, got me info on the exact cable I needed in order to hook up my iphone to the car. Also the showroom and bathrooms are very clean. The place is well run, with good staff, and Id recommend Sal as the salesperson to work with.

This is the real deal !!! I ve been looking to buy a car but all that was happening is that i was loosing my time and energy on people that were trying to just screw me in any way possible!!! Where ever i went all the dealers jacked the original price by at least 30% by the time the contract is ready to be signed. And they had the nerve to tell me that they doing me a favor ...horrible deceiving creatures.. Then i walked in to this dealership really distrustful but very soon i realized that these guys are cool, straight up and professionals. I test drove the car, twice, the price was detailed and did NOT change and i even gotten a better rate from the same institution!!! Amazingly it became a pleasant experience to buy a car and i did . These people are genuine , trustworthy professionals! Gratitude and respect for MJ , Antony and the financial lady (sorry forgot your name) If you are buying a car this is the first place to look into !!! I m so enjoying my Ford Fusion.... All the best

I would like to take time to retract my negative statement about Yonkers Auto Mall. I was under the impression that I had paid too much for my car, and was charged a very high interest rate from them. This is not the case! I later found out that it was my bank who charged me the high interest rate! Upon contacting Gina the sales manager, she had explained everything to me very simply, and I see it was MY fault for not being knowledgeable about my bank loan. She was very informative and help me uncover a company that was dealing in a warranty scam about my car! So I say this, are they honest? yes!! Are they reliable? yes!! should you go there? yes, Most definitely!! And when you go try to talk to Eric, who was very polite and patient in helping me pick out an automobile! I was very fortunate in going to a dealership that went out of their way to make things right! Believe me theyre good, you can trust them!!

i inquired about one of your cars online as we had just been in a bad accident. ms. Jennifer Rivera called me to tell me about my inquiry. unfortunately cars were the last thing on my mind since our accident. Jennifer would call and check from time to time. she never pushed me or got annoyed when i told her im not ready. she was professional and more important kind. i live in NJ and when i was ready i told my husband were going to Yonkers Auto Mall because in my opinion she earned our sale. Horrible enough since Im having a difficult recovery he surprised us and bought a car in NJ. I was happy but bummed out for Jennifer. But i know a few people looking for cars and Im sending them directly to her. Sorry so long but when someone works like Jennifer Rivera professionally efficiently and was so nice about hubby coming home with one I feel the need to make it known. She can work for me any day.
