The headline: Dont expect a test drive without agreeing to a purchase price with a final offer amount. My experience started well: After speaking with a salesman, who seemed very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone, I came in to Beverly Hills Auto Group from NJ during rush hour to drive a car. I wanted very much to like this place—most reviews online were very positive. It seemed like they knew what they were doing. My only concern with the vehicle I was looking at was that it was nearly 10 years old and only had 2800 miles on it. That sounds great, right? Except rubber ages, even if the car isnt driven. Not a showstopper by any means, but something that needs to be ascertained. The salesman disagreed with this common car shopping wisdom. Finally, we get down to it, and the salesman will not let me test drive the car until I make him a "final price" offer. We were within $1500 of an agreed price, but I wasnt going to give him a firm offer until Id been able to drive the vehicle. Seems reasonable, right? Apparently not at Beverly. The sad part is, as my wife knows, if I had driven it, I probably would have succumbed to their ask.

I was very interested in a BMW 335i with the Msport and Premium package, but they were asking prices way above normal. I had a friend call and offer an amount (since they ignored all my emails) $1,000 less than the final asking price and they said it could happen. Since they agreed to the price I called the next day to ask questions and see if I could get that same price. The guy Ron was extremely rude and wouldnt negotiate the price for me at all even though I offered to come the next day (even though he agreed to $1,000 price drop to a buddy that called and offered it). He answered none of my questions and replied with a major attitude, his only response was to have me come in and check it out, and with me living 2 hours away I needed to make sure a few things before I wasted my time. Im a 20 year old kid so I wasnt sure if he took me serious, so I had a family member call and he gave her an even worse attitude. They lost an upfront deal and I would not recommend this place to anybody.

First of all I would like to address the myth that all used car dealerships are dishonest and crooks, Beverly Hills Auto Group just proves the point that this is just a myth. I have been buying cars from the owner Michael Goltche for the past few years, being a car guy myself I change my vehicles often and I will not go anywhere but Beverly Hills Auto. Approvals are so easy ( Mike Goltche personally works on all paperwork) which makes it so fast. The staff is top notch, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All top notch vehicles as well, the showroom is immaculate with high end vehicles, I can spend the whole day just looking at the cars. 5 star dealership at work. I can honestly say you will not be disappointed, go by and check out Beverly Hills Auto Group and you will see exactly what I am talking about.

I got my first car from here just yesterday. A 2011 Nissan Sentra. I can honestly say that I am sooo happy. My first car has totally exceeded my expectations. It has everything I could ever need and want!! Im in love with this vehicle. As for the sales rep, Mike, he has helped me out so much. Sweetest man Ive ever met. He was respectful and above all extremely helpful. Its a comfortable family setting and you feel right at home. Best experience I ever had. Not only was I extremely pleased with the car; but very happy with my overall experience. Alex was my salesman and he was very attentive and informative. He kept in the loop throughout the whole process. When I picked up my car, he walked me through all of the features and they even gave me a childrens DVD for my daughter to watch in the car on our way home. I would recommend them and purchase another car from them again. But it wont be for a while...as I am VERY HAPPY with the car I just bought from them two weeks ago.

Nice cars, seemingly legit sales people and good follow through on the actual execution but...promises were not fulfilled. I bought a car for a lot of money (not a junker). What is clear is that they cleaned it up and did not do any of the prepping that they said they would. They said that they would replace the brakes and tires if it needed it and change the oil. They did none of that and it cost us $3000 a few weeks later. When I approached them about it. They would not fix the problem. Buyer beware.

The employees have great personalities and work with you at all cost to try and get you the best deal, so you can save your money. Theyre without a doubt the guys for you if youre looking to save money and get a really nice car that you will enjoy and love! Just want to say that by far, Beverlyhillsautogroup is one of the best dealers ive ever done business with, purchased my second car from them, A 2007 M5 BMW, They pick out immaculate well kept cars, their staff is incredibly amazing, ive delt with sean and i must say a well spoken respectful gentlemen. Very honest and always willing to help with getting the best deal and rates! Will always continue to do business with this dealer and will refer many friends and family members to them.
