BE CAREFUL!!!! The staff members will lie to you and tell you anything to get you to buy a car! They can be very unprofessional! Last year, I brought my first car for college It was a Black 2007 Ford Focus. On the bill of sales, one of the guys named Charlie wrote that I paid half of what I gave him because he was giving me a "deal". I didnt think anything of it. Months went by, and I still didnt have my title and I had to keep calling them every month to get a temporary registration. Also, every time I asked about the title, they will tell me that the DMV is taking long with the paperwork, but to not worry because Im going to get it soon. After 7 months went by, I stopped by to get my registration and asked about the title. As soon as I pulled up, One of the guys told me that Charlie, the guy who sold me the car doesnt no longer work there and they are not able to give me the title and that I had to give them the car back. I was very upset, instead of calling me as soon as possible to tell me that they werent able to give me the the title, they waited till I call them. I wanted my money back right away, but I had to drive back to college the next day, so I needed a car. Therefore, I had to trade in the 2007 Ford Focus for a 2005 Volkswagen. Although, the outside of the car was nice, it was a 2 door and filthy inside. It wasnt the kind of car that I wanted. Therefore, I made one of the guys named Mike to write on the Bill of sales that when I came back home in 2 months, I am guaranteed a full refund or trade in. In May, I came back home from college and car factory was my first stop. I was going to trade the car in for a 2005 Ford Focus, but you can obviously tell that the car wasnt in good shape, but they still insisted that I get the car. I decided to not get a trade in and demanded a full refund and gave Mike the title and bill of sales. Mike told me that I needed the other bill of sales of the Ford Focus. I told him that he shouldve told me that I needed to bring the other bill of sales and that I am not going all the way back home to get it. Also, I told him that he should look for the copy of it. His response was "That was a year ago, the copy of that bill of sales is shredded now, I thought that you would have it" He was taking me for a joke and thats when I told him that hes being unprofessional and needed to go look for it! How do you throw away paperwork and its only been 9 months? He found it and said that Charlie (the salesman that got fired) put on the bill of sales that I paid half of what I paid for and that he pocketed the rest of the money. I was furious!!! However, I was fortunate to receive a full refund. Well, not quite, they told me that I would receive $200 back when I give back my plates, but I just found out that thats not true. It goes by how long I had the plates for, so I only received $63.Why would he lie and tell me that I was going to receive everything for the plates? He couldve just been honest. Long story short, TOO MANY LIES & POOR COMMUNICATION with this company. I shouldve done more research before buying my first car, but I trusted that they would give me great service. It was a learning experience and I have an idea of what to expect when I buy another car from a different company. P.S I asked to trade in the Volks for the white 2007 Pontiac, but they told me they didnt have the title for that. Im glad they told me because of course they wasnt going to give me another car without the title. I dont understand why they have so many cars without the title. Its because a lot of people trade in their cars without having a title for it. But Car Factory does not care, they will take it and try to sell it to you. Also, the Black 2007 Ford Focus is still there.. Be careful what you buy.

I see other people have posted 5 stars and I genuinely do not understand how that is possible. I would rate this dealership zero stars if that were an option. This dealerships practices are borderline criminal. I bought a BMW almost a year ago from this place and that was probably the worse decision I have ever made. The whole process has been a huge waste of time and money on my part. Let me be clear I am not a difficult customer, I understand that mistakes can happen in any business transaction but the repetitive nature of the mistakes that took place during this deal can only be explained by the extreme incompetence of the people that run the car factory. The car that was sold to me had transmission problems and window problems that started a day after buying the vehicle. It took them over a month to fix the car, during which time, I was left without a vehicle and had to walk everywhere. After fixing the car they kept giving me temporary registrations claiming to not have the proper title for the car to issue me a real registration; this process lasted months and I am sure the temp tags they gave me were fake. The people at the dealership never returned my phone calls and the few time I could get someone on the line they never had any information or claimed to not know what the problem was. I legitimately thought these people had sold me a stolen car for a time. They filled out all the loan paperwork for the car wrong, spelling my name entirely wrong. It took me calling this dealership several times on an everyday basis for almost a year to finally get my registration and big surprise they filled it out in the wrong address so who even knows where my title is going (I called about it and the people at Carfactory dont). Every person from the head salesman Mike to the receptionists Toni, to the whole crew cannot be trusted to do anything but mess up the car buying process. They will sell you damaged cars, that they do even know about and probably do not even have the proper ownership paperwork for. I would NEVER EVER do business with any of these people ever again!!!! I genuinely fear for anyone who does. I should have sued these people for all of the time and money they have wasted for me. If I can find legitimate legal grounds I will. For the owners and employees of the Carfactory Bronx NY, I hope you read this review, if you continue to give your customers the great service you have given me I am sure you will go out of business very soon, and I will be happy because I do not wish this experience on anyone.

Recently purchased a specialized unit that had to be shipped from out of state to Car Factory. I had nothing but a pleasant experience working with them. They kept me updated throughout the process and made getting a loan a smooth and easy process. From the owner Mike to the porter and secretary, everyone was friendly and helpful, even offering to get me coffee while I waited to the paperwork to go through. This place is top notch from beginning to end. Im not sure what the other reviewers have gone through, but they all seem to have involved an unsavory employee who no longer works there. It seems to me that was the only problem which has since been taken care of seeing as I had zero issues throughout the process. Will absolutely reccommmend to friends/family! Thank you Car Factory for making my first car buying experience wonderful
