One of the worst decisions of my life was getting a car from this dealership. The workers are extremely unprofessional and their attitudes are ridiculous. When I decided to buy the car the price I was told, was completely different from the price on the paper after I made the deposit. The problem was if I decided not to get the car my deposit would be gone. Because of this I decided to take the car. I was told all my tires got replaced and the car battery. My tire pressure light came on the second day after driving the car; I then realized that my back wheel was low. I took the car back & they were able to replace the tire that was flat (there was a nail in it), but my tire pressure light was still on. I took the car back to the dealership multiple times and its always a run around as to why my tire pressure light is on, then I was told I have to buy new sensors. Keep in mind I was told they changed the tires and battery, but it was evident that they never did. Within a month my battery light came on, I had to pay $170 to replace my battery, then my car was making a sound when I turned it so I had to get that fixed as well. This is all within two months of getting the car (interestingly they only give one month of free warrantee, other dealerships offers 3-6 months). On Monday May 15th, 2017 because of the change in weather I turned on my AC and realized it was not working. Today I had to pay $200 to fix my AC. I have only had my car for 5 months and have been to the Mechanic four times. The car was priced $4700, but some how after making a deposit the price on the sheet was $7650. If you’re looking for a SCAM this is the perfect place to go. I was debating on writing a review for a while but after paying $200 to fix my AC today, I am mad & annoyed! People need to know what I went through. If I can prevent someone from going through the same thing, that would make me happy. I chose this location because of the reviews but after dealing with them I am convince their friends are the ones writing some of these reviews, they are really SHADY. If you read this review please make the right choice, I wish I read more honest review before going to this dealership.

I dont know where to begin I am so upset. My son bought a used car from Chase auto group gun Hill Road in the Bronx hes only had it from July 21, 2017 and also today is August 14, 2017 its been in the shop twice to be fixed a total of seven days and still we do not have a car they threatened us they used vulgar language and I would never go back to this place again. Chase auto group its a racket they give inspections car inspections they give false car fax papers and when we asked the papers of the repairs so that we know what they did they refused to give us any written documentation I repeat they refused to give us any documentation. Stay away from this place unless youll get stuck with the lemon like we did you put your life on the line your car breaks down on the highway and you could kill innocent people Please be my guest and investigate us. You will be the one behind bars certainly. How dare you sent innocent people in cars that actually could kill other people on the highway. You sell garbage and you do not care about the people all you do care about is the almighty dollar. I work in the public relations department of a big establishment and I have many many connections. So go ahead and be my guest. Good luck

Ok soooo I NEVER EVER write reviews, but my experience here was stellar I just HAD to share it with the world. Im sorry if its a little lengthy. This dealership has been by far the most helpful with my situation. My credit has been completely ruined for co-signing on 2 loans years ago for someone and that person never made any payments causing my credit to suffer and leaving me with the slack. I also had my vehicle repod due to losing my job and not being able to keep up with the payments. My credit score went all the way down to 380, no one would give me any type of credit at all. I stopped by here as a last option to see if I can be able to finance a car finally, and within 3 hours of me walking into Chase I was walking out with a new set of car keys in hand. The sales manager, Omar, walked me through the lot and explained the specs of each car that was within my budget but also reliable for me, my husband, and my daughter. I am very pleased with the service I received and I definitely recommend this dealership to everyone good or bad credit. But they are experts with bad credit!!!!!! Now I finally have a chance at fixing my credit score. My goal: 700s lol. THANK YOU GUYS !!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!!!

Buyer Beware I was kind of in a bind and needed a vehicle quick. My credit was not the greatest so I decided to try out Chase Auto Group. My initial impressions were fairly good. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle that I purchased on the other hand not so great. Since buying the car on 4/27/2013 I have had to replace two tires, fix the Evap Detection Pump, The Fuel Solenoid, The Gas cap, the sway bar kit and bushings, the rear control arms both left and right, all four struts, front shocks, the brakes, and now most recently the transmission and transfer case along with the differential and it is only June 24,2013. Not to mention after signing the papers and driving the car off the lot it was pulling heavily to the right and the Air conditioner wasnt charged. I was trying to get the car my first their but was told that they still had to service the car Funny. Just be careful what you purchase their and make sure you bring your mechanic to kick some tires and do a serious overlook of the car. P.S. I only received one key and one door clicker which makes it more expensive because you can only activate a new cut key as well as the clicker from the dealership.

The guys at Chase Auto Group truly care about their customers! I bought my 93 Honda Accord from them last week and had a really great experience--the buying process was easy and they were very honest and friendly. The car was clean and spotless on the inside and under the hood! However, a week after getting the car the axle broke very suddenly and left me in a bad situation. I called the guys from Chase right away and they wanted to help in any way they could. I had the car towed there and Triple A took a very long time to come, but Dimitri stayed at the dealership until almost an hour after closing to wait for the tow truck to arrive. They worked on the car the next day and the following morning I was able to come pick it up--good as new and free of charge! According to the fine print, they technically didnt have to do that, but they did because they are good, honest people. Thanks Peter & Dimitri!! (My name is Grace--I dont have Google Plus so Im using my boyfriends!)
