I went to Enterprise, to purchase a car, I told the sales rep(Miguel Lopez) that I was approved for a loan from a bank, but he said that they dont work with that bank, that I need to apply for a car loan with the banks that they work with. Since I am a member of one of banks that they work with, MCU, I told the Miguel that I wanted to apply through MCU. The sale rep gave me an application to fill it up. The problems is that the sales rep gave my application to the finance manager, and the finance manager(real scum bag) ran my credit score 10 times without my consent, now I have 10 hard inquiries on my credit report which lower my credit score. I contacted the sales Miguel the next day I told him what the finance manager did, and Miguel threw an apology at me, and ask me if I was still interested on buying the car, basically not caring about the problem they cost me, by the way they contacted every bank EXCEPT the one we agreed on(MCU). Be care full when you go to enterprise car sale, they are very dishonest, they try so hard to say that theyre not like dealers but theyre worst, theyre like every other sleazy, no name, used car dealership.

Went to sell my car. Had to get them my lien release, so called the bank and then did so. Took a couple of days. Came back and they had me wait 30 minutes only to tell me they were offering me half what I was offered two days ago, and suggested I donate my car. Made me wait addtl 5 minutes to get my title and lien release from file. Didnt offer to go through inventory this time, despite making clear I was interested in a used car. Finance manager claimed he runs the dealership on previous appt...Called next day and finds out hes the finance manager. Oh yeah, i was told come in anytime for this, then its only 12 to three, then only Monday to thursday. Despite having been asked if I could come back Saturday by the first manager I spoke with. Is everyone a manager or manager in training at enterprise? Smdh. Plenty of other places to go, and it may be harder to f you over with enterprise car sales rules, they certainly try their best. So I guess I get to drive my car home now.

My wife and I recently purchased a car from this dealership. We LOVE the car and would have given a 4 or 5 star had we gotten a better response from corporate when there was a confusion and / or mis-communication amongst the New Rochelle dealership and the Enterprise dealership that was transporting our vehicle. After doing all the paperwork and waiting for delivery, we were told the specifications for what we thought was being delivered was wrong! We wrote two letters to corporate and never recieved a response from corporate regarding the issue. The car specification issue was eventually resolved between the dealerships after we purchased, but having corporate not even acknowledge they recieved our letter did not make us feel valued, nor like the Enterprise motto of customer comes first. That was unfortunate because otherwise I think we could have given a 4 plus overall.

TJ Hibbert was, I wont say "salesperson", rather, the PARTNER that helped us CHOOSE our vehicle. All the right questions were asked before we even looked at a vehicle and he got it exactly right with the first two vehicles he showed us right down to the color. After we bought the vehicle, the dealership itself has been EXTREMELY helpful with any questions even when TJ was out on another test drive. There was NONE of that "....Ill take a message " nonsense. My questions were answered immediately and correctly EVERY time. Lastly, although its embarrassing to admit, I have had problems with my credit and my daughter Nadia is new to credit. Ralph is a great salesperson and he is straight forward with everything. He listened to what I had to say instead of trying to sale me on anything available, he asked me what kind of car I needed and wanted, then he brought one up that fit me, the color, the price, the room of the car and what was in the car itself. I enjoyed working with Leigh Anne. She exercised patience and demonstrated interest in what I wanted in a car. Leigh Anne didnt give me the impression she had an ulterior motive when showing the car display. Leigh Anne maintained professionalism but had a sense of humor. Im not an individual that enjoys car shopping but I truly enjoyed this experience. Most importantly, Im satisfied with my selection in vehicles. Thanks! sg

Would use Enterprise again A couple of suggestions Retrieving the car from Connecticut took way longer than expected the agent should have suggested sharing phone numbers. That way I could have gone home and waited for his call. I did call about the windshield wiper smearing the windshield when I washed it (which made it impossible to see) but no one got back to me

The staff at Enterprise was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to buying my car. I didnt know what type of car I wanted and they were very patient in going over all of my options and I never felt pressured or rushed (this says a lot since it was Presidents Day and they were extremely busy). I would happily recommend Enterprise to others.

The staff was super friendly but not in a creepy "used car salesman" kind of way. The experience was very positive. I had a good experience with Brandon, I needed a used car like a 2015 camry. They are very straight forward no hidden fees like dealers. Only pay state tax, dmv fees(plate, registration etc...) Car is good condition, I would recommend them again. Their cars must past a 109 points state inspection. Price was reasonable.

I purchased a vehicle with one price on my contract and the financing bank is charging more. I called three times regarding this issue and was told it would get taken car off. Now I either pay the extra money or get a late payment. Four weeks and no resolution.
