I wish I could give 0 star to this business. I went to the one on Lorain Road a couple of times. ALL negative experiences. First visit, I ordered a pair of prescribed sunglasses and they were cracked so I could not use during my summer trip and had to go back again. Second visit, I ordered my first contact lenses. I told them that I need them by the particular date at the time of scheduling an appointment. The receptionist told me that its usually ready within a week. At the exam day, they told me that I would get trial within 3-5 business days. No call from them for two weeks so I kept calling to ask when I get my order. They keep saying "oh it will be here soon enough" "7 business days" "10 business days" and now I need my contact lenses by TOMORROW morning, they said that my trial just got there AND told me to be there by a certain time. They dont assume that I have work that I cannot skip? They are demanding for me to be there at a certain time because of other appointments. During all these calls I made, I have not heard a single SORRY. I am NOT going to give ANY business to Union Eye Care anymore. Im switching my insurance to others.

What a great visit! It has been a few years since I went and had an eye exam, and I am not going to lie I was a littler nervous. All that anxiety melted away as soon as I walked through the door and was greeted with a warm welcome. The staff at Union Eye Care truly does care about their clients. My eye exam was fast and easy and picking out my new glasses was fun and extremely enjoyable. My glasses arrived faster than expected, and they look great. I will be back next year for my yearly exam and will be sending all my family and friends too!

On 1-9-15 at about 2.00 pm I stopped at the N. Olmsted store to get a pair of glasses repaired. A simple screw to go in the arm.Have a seat said the bored receptionist,it will be a couple of minutes.One hour later I asked what was taking so long?All I saw was two people ahead of me.No apology or reason for the wait! I will NEVER set foot in this store again. This is an ongoing problem as it has been going on for years. You give unions a black eye. I went down the street to Vision Source ,they repaired them in five minutes!BYE BYE....

I cant say enough how great this place is. I moved here a few years ago and when I got my first exam I immediately noticed the difference. I been through a few pair of far/near bifocals now and they have all been right on the money. Ive even broken them and lost screws numerous times and each time they fixed them on the spot at no charge! The ladies at the counter rock!

Receptionist is rude and one of the doctors assistants who helps with showing people how to use contacts is very impatient and yelled at my 14 year old sister who was nervous about putting contacts in and touching her eye. My mom and I wont be going back.. very over priced products and rude service by the staff. They dont even deserve 1 star.

Worst customer service EVER! Ordered bifocals...told they would arrive 7 to 10 days. 17 days later, still waiting....Day 18, called and was told the lab had made a mistake and it would take another 5 days for glasses to be ready. I cancelled my glasses, went to Lenscrafters and got two pair the same day for 1/3 the cost. Go figure.

Best Union Eye Care around. I used to always have problems with my glasses, not being able to see, blurry vision and headaches. Once I came to the North Olmsted location, absolutely no problem at all. The doctor is fantastic, the staff is wonderful and Ill never go anywhere else.

Very long wait just for a quick adjustment...cold reception, cheap glasses, bad adjustments...even with appointment wait is long. Customer service so-so.
