My daughter and I have been having our annual eye exams at Andros Gagliani for about 4 years now. Appointments are extremely easy to make and I love that she has convenient evening and weekend hours. Once there, Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Last year my daughter started complaining about her vision during school, words were blurry and difficult to read. We got an appointment right away. Dr. Andros was extremely thorough and patient during the exam. My daughter was so excited to pick out a pair of glasses. There were so many for her to choose from, I was afraid wed be there all night. The optician was very patient and helped her narrow her choices down. When she finally chose a pair (super cute and trendy), Dr. Andros was able to fulfill the order right away that night. Dr. Andross father (an optician) put the lenses in the frame and adjusted them to fit perfectly. My daughter has had her glasses for nearly a year now, they have held up exceptionally. This is a great place to have an eye exam. Everyone is always very professional and courteous. And Dr. Andros has a great selection of frames!

I have been a patient of Dr. Andros Gagliani for about 6 years and have always had a great experience. She is thorough with her exams and for someone who doesn’t like their eyes touched, Dr. Andros has always been so caring and gentle. Dr. Andros also carries designer glasses and for somebody who has to wear glasses all day, every day, I wanted something that would look good on me. I have always walked out of her office with excitement! I also have a tendency to always need an adjustment because I usually fall asleep wearing my glasses and I love that I can just walk in and somebody is there to adjust my glasses! When I got married I didn’t want to wear glasses so Dr. Andros introduced me to contacts. For somebody who doesn’t like to put things in their eyes, Dr. Andros and the lady up front helped me put the contact in my eyes and soon I had no fear. Even though I moved 30 minutes away from Dr. Andros Gagliani, I still go to her office for exams and new glasses.

I finally got a job with VERY good optical insurance, having primary care of my brothers, and school, I never had the extra money to get glasses without it. Some people just make their bills and put dinner on the table. If this is you, do not go here. The eye doctor was very nice, and accurate. Explained everything throughly, but then it came to getting glasses. Unless you are interested in designer glasses and dishing out 300-400 bucks on top of what your insurance covers, do not go here. The women at the front is very pushy. They do not understand the concept of a budget and made me feel inferior for not having the money to do it. I understand that all the add ons are better, and would love a pair of Tiffany & Co glasses more than anyone but to degrade someone for not having the money to do it is wrong. I am excited to pick my glasses up (that i had to get up and grab from the $99 rack myself), but I will never come here again.

Dr. Andros has been taking care of my eyes for over 6 years. The eye exams are very professional and very thorough. With all the time that she spends with her patients, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment, which for me is very important. I was new to multifocal contact lenses, she was very patient with me, I was back every week for quite a while until we got them perfect. The front staff are very professional, but yet down to earth and make you feel very comfortable. They are well educated with all the insurance companies, I have duel insurance and never had a problem yet. I would recommend Dr. Andros to all my friends and family(and I have). I belong to the Cleveland Clinic, but Dr. Andros is more thorough, and takes more time with me. Thanks Doc! Daria

I recently had a great experience at Andros Gagliani Eye Center. Ive been having some difficulty with seeing far distances and decided it was time to get my eyes checked. A friend of mine recommended that I visit Dr. Andros. She came as a highly recommended eye doctor. I found her to be a very caring and compassionate human being. Even with my high level of anxiety of having an eye examination, she took care of me. After the exam, she and her competent staff helped me pick out a pair of everyday eyeglasses, as well as fashionable sunglasses. Thank you for taking care of me! My only wish is that I did this sooner rather than later. Ive only had my new eyeglasses for a couple of weeks and Ive already received several compliments. I have a newfound confidence because of you!

When it became necessary to find a new eye specialist, Dr. Andros was suggested as a possibility. Although conveniently located in a new, state-of-the-art medical building on Pearl Road, Strongsville, I was hesitant about the approaching appointment. My concerns were soon allayed with the totally professional, competent, friendly staff. From the receptionist to Dr. Andros, everyone was considerate, thoughtful, and patient. My exam was thorough and left me feeling totally confident in the abilities of Dr. Andros. Choosing my eye frames was a wonderful time spent with the entire staff making suggestions and giving helpful advice. I have received many, many compliments from their guidance! I highly recommend the staff and atmosphere of the Andros Gagliani Eye Center.

I went in to look at frames and lenses with my son. We asked the woman to give us a price with my insurance. She gave us a price and we told her we were going to shop around elsewhere a little first. Then we went to another optician and were told that someone put a hold on my insurance and my coverage was not available because of this. I called Gagliani and left a message to remove the hold. As of now the hold has not been removed and I cannot purchase my glasses with my insurance anywhere else. This woman did this knowing full well that we were going elsewhere and we would have this problem. This is wrong. I am going to report them for this practice. Just wanted to let uninformed consumers know that they have this practice.

Dr. Andros is the best! I have been going there for years and always find the perfect glasses within minutes. There are so many to choose from and you will never see anyone else wearing the same pair as you. The service is always so fast and I have walked in multiple times to get my glasses adjusted and I am in and out of there within 5-10 minutes, no appointment needed. She explains everything that she is doing very well and is always willing to spend extra time with you to answer questions about any concerns that you may have. The ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and extremely nice to everyone that walks in and out of the door. I will never go anywhere else!
