This Is The Eyeglass Store We Have Been Searching For!! My daughter had given up on finding a pair of glasses that she really loved. She was ready to buy anything from anywhere to just get it over with and then I discovered Eye Candy Optical online. I cannot express enough how incredibly wonderful this place is from the moment you walk inside. The people who work there are the finest, most fun, knowledgeable and most importantly real honest down to earth folks you will ever find. They love what they do and you can tell by their phenomenal customer service. My daughter honestly could not wait to go back and see everyone and get her glasses. They made her feel awesome. They cared about how she looked and made sure to find the perfect pair of glasses for her to walk into The Cleveland Institute of Art on her first day this Fall. They made her feel important and they gave her the confidence she needed in knowing that she looks great in her glasses. Now thats only the people I have commented on so far. The atmosphere. The selection of eyewear. The whole experience of buying eyeglasses at Eye Candy Optical I promise you there are none like them you will ever find anywhere. Im not even going to spoil it for you but I tell you if you dont go here for your eyewear you are missing out on more than just owning a great pair of glasses. As for my daughter, I know that they have a customer for life. So just let me sincerely thank you Eye Candy Optical. Thank you for being that shining star in the dim world of eyeglass stores. I purchased my SALT eyeglasses from Eye Candy a little over 8 months ago. In the past I have went to other places for eye glasses(mall stores and ordered some online). The glasses I bought in the past from other stores would almost always have the anti-glare lenses peeling after 6 months. Feeling frustrated I was recommended to Eye Candy. From the moment you walk in and meet everyone they make you feel like you have been good friends for years. I made my eye appointment with the Dr. at Eye Candy. His hours were good and allowed me to make an appointment around my work schedule. He took his time making sure my new prescription for my glasses and contacts were perfect. After the appointment I spent about an hour trying on different frames. From your everyday brands like Oakley and Ray Bans to Tom Ford, SALT and FACE A FACE plus many more one of a kind brands. They have prices to fit any budget. After spending an hour or so trying on different frames I found the perfect pair of blue SALT glasses. While they were taking care of my bill and measuring me for my glasses they also helped my wife try on different frames even thought she was not looking at the time. My glasses were completed with in about a week and turned out great. Even though I wear contacts I am finding myself wearing my new glasses more then I ever did in the past. I have received many compliments. Dont forget to have them take your picture with your new glasses and have them put you on their facebook. After wearing them for about 8 months the quality is great. Frames are holding up very well and no peeling of the lenses. Shortly after I purchased my pair, my wife also got a new pair.

Love, love LOVE them! I never had such an easily and fun experience shopping for glasses! Their glasses are pieces of art, no joke! But its such pretty art that you cannot wait to finally wear them. I bought two pairs of glasses, both with prescription and now planning to come for more! Not only do they have incredibly beautiful, unique and high quality glasses, they also have an amazing customer service. They hear you out, make great suggestions and make sure that you are getting what you want. When I first came in, I did not know what exactly I was looking for and with my crazy prescription, I was honestly worried that i was limited to few available options and thats it. But instead, i got to try on so many pairs of glasses that at one point I wish I could just get all of them and not have to pick. At the end, I chose Face a Face and Thierry Lasry. Its been almost a year since I purchased them and not a pinch of doubt. Who would have thought that wonderful eye wear combined with great customer service can stay with the customer even when they go home?

You don’t have to live in Cleveland to experience the great selection and customer service of Eye Candy Optical. I live in New Mexico and found the shop while searching for a very specific, hard-to-find frame by the Belgian company Theo. Eye Candy carries Theo but didn’t have the model I wanted. Instead of giving me the standard “We don’t have it, sorry, bye,” Anton tracked it down and had it shipped from Belgium. I had it within 10 days. I couldn’t believe it, and liked the frame so much I asked Anton if I could get another Theo model recently released. He again tracked it down for me and had it shipped to my door. I can’t speak highly enough about the customer service. I was kept informed every step of the way as the frames traveled from Belgium to New Mexico. In doing business with Eye Candy, I couldn’t help but notice they carry a terrific selection of very cool, cutting-edge frames. This is one great shop!

Marina was amazing! From the second I walked in the door, she was nothing but pleasant and extremely helpful. As a guy who doesnt care a whole lot about fashion, I still wanted a pair of glasses that looked good, so it was a huge relief that Marina already had ideas and made selections for me based on the shape of my face and needs. If you are looking for something unique and of high quality, along with the most excellent customer service I have experienced in a long time, look no further! I met the owner (Steve) when picking them up and he was just as friendly and helpful as the rest of the staff. Top notch place!

My wife and I both got our updated prescription and stopped by to check and see what all the buzz was about. We had a great experience for shopping for glasses. Who would have thought? The owner and staff are passionate about their products and will not steer you wrong. They will try on hundreds of glasses until they find the right one for you. They have the brands you cannot find anywhere else and get them at great prices. We will now be getting our prescriptions and glasses here; no question! Great small business like this need our support to thrive.

After running into an old friend, I immediately noticed how great she looked. New glasses! Perfectly matched to her face and color but most importantly, to her personality. Eye Candy Optical! When is the last time you had fun trying on glasses? Fast, fun and fit--every step of the process was perfect. I had a concern about outdoor sports and needing better peripheral vision for golf and tennis. Not only did they meet and exceed my needs, they fashionably melded form and function.
