Dr. Anderson was very friendly and thorough when examining my daughters eyes. He took the time to explain the new eye photo procedure when I had questions about it and helped me to understand what it would be used for, when needed. The office staff was very friendly, helpful and patient as we tried on different frames. They helped to pick out the frames that looked the best on Savannah. I have been a patient at Spartanburg Vision for 22 years and I have always left with a good feeling about the care I have received for my eyesight. T. Smith

I completely agree with the poster who said that they are only interested in selling you products like vitamins for your eyes, eyeglasses and contact lenses. They denied our contact lens order from another provider two times before I finally had to call and speak to them directly. On another occasion, the doctor even personally called me at home to try to get me to buy vitamins after the front desk tried to push me into ordering the vitamins on our way out, making me think it was a prescription. BIG hassle all the way around!

I am 51 years old and have been wearing glasses since I was 3 years old. I have had several eye doctors over the years. My experience at Spartanburg Vision was very relaxed and the staff was more than helpful and friendly. Dr Macmillan gave me the most accurate and very much up to date eye exam that I have had in many years...Not to mention that he was most friendly and explained everything very clear. OVERALL BEST EXPERIENCE AND VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE.

Dr Jeremy Anderson at Spartanburg Vision is excellent and knowledgeable. I have never had such a thorough and consistent Optometrist to explain what was going on with my vision and what needed to be done to correct the problem. The staff is professional, warm and dedicated to making patients feel welcome. The glasses are also modern and fashionable. I highly recommend Spartanburg Vision.

Never had such a big hassle, Once they found out I only wanted contact lens exam and fitting they told me it was not covered under my insurance. Seems if you do not follow through and purchase glasses from them they do not care for your business. Apparently they have a huge market up for their glasses and contact lens sales. Find another provider and save yourself the trouble
