I went for lunch the other day. Easy order, one torta. Only one person in front of me. It took about 15 minutes to get my order. Ive been to the Vallartas in Bakersfield which are way busier and they have never taken this long. Girls were more interested in talking about coworkers hitting on them. Then, I couldnt sit down because there were only three tables and one of them was full of employees talking. Id assume they would be kind to give those seats to customers but I was wrong. Disappointing experience.

Porque luego ponen varios especiales,pero si es necesario que tengan más carritos y otra cosa que habrán más cajas de cobró cuando ahí bastante gente,porque luego va uno sólo por una cosa y está la fila larguísimo

Shout-Out to the new cashier, Rebecca for giving me horrible attitude. She didnt bother to offer me bags nor tell me the total of my purchase. While scanning my items, I just couldnt handle her negative vibe. Vallarta should hire more courteous people. Sometimes the last thing you want to see is a person giving you attitude just because he/she hates their job.

Worst customer service expierence Ive ever had! Manager wasnt on site and there wasnt anyone qualified to assist me. The "supervisor" was of no use, he left my issue unresolved. Total waist of time!!!

The worst place to buy meat... rotten meat all the time... I returned to them the rotten fish and meat but they dont care, it seems to be something really normal to them.
