Ive bought 2 cars here over the past couple years. I dont know why the other review-ers have to bring racism and hypocrisy and Godlessness into their reviews (neither of which I have ever experienced at any of my 10 total visits). Anywho, back to the review. Every time I go here I have a great time. It is a very laid back dealership. There are maybe 2-3 sales reps, all well over the age of 50, all retired, so they dont chase after you and try to sell, sell, sell. While if you go to other dealerships most of the reps are young lean and hungry to make a sale, knowing if they dont they get the can, the end result being push push push, suggest, etc all to make you spend spend spend. Here, its actually what makes me go back often, is the sense that though they would like the commission on a sale, they dont really care one way or the other. They just enjoy their work, the florida weather, and seeing if they can find something that fits the customers needs to the T. The experiences I had when I was younger visiting car dealerships kinda freaked me out. Ive never been hounded so much to spend money in my life (though I am a US Navy Veteran and can take a verbal shellacking). At most dealerships the reps will follow you around, and not leave you alone to sit in each car and imagine driving it for a couple minutes. Wheels for sale = complete opposite. If you dont want the reps following you around, you dont even have to ask, they just say wave us down if you have questions, or if you ask questions theyll answer them. If you want cash vs. payment plan options theyll get the info pronto. As for families, this is kind of funny. They have a very awesome firetruck for sale. Its been there for years (they used to have 2, but I think one was bought) so your kids will have a lot to keep them occupied (if they want to hands-on explore a fully functional firetruck) while the parents are looking around. As far as selection, the lot isnt huge by any means. Around 50-100 cars, trucks, vans, really anything. They dont say no to just about anything, so you might see anything from a fire truck (only 15k, ive seriously considered it at one point) to pickups, work vans, I mean anything. They do trade-ins too (I traded in my mini-van for my first purchase). Back to selection though, the lot remakes itself every week. The owner (I think his name is Sal) goes to the Orlando repo-auction every single weekend and buys 20 more cars to put on the lot. There are literally 100,000+ cars at the repo lot. If you go in and tell him exactly what your looking for in a car, hell find out how many of that exact kind of car is for auction, then find out the asking auction prices and go and buy the car for you (only car dealerships can buy repo-auction cars) As far as maintenance on the 2 cars Ive bought over the last 3 years, I never had a problem with either, at all, ever. Oh, wait, my dome lightbulb burned out on the 06 Corolla I bought there... I never had to get anything replaced, never had an alert, yearly inspections were a breeze. I literally feel comfortable to buy a car from them and then drive to Vancouver and back without worrying that it will break down. Both of the cars I bought there (2006 Toyota Corolla used, and 2004 Ford Explorer used) Ive driven cross country to California and Mexico (from Pennsylvania where I go to college). They have 1 full time mechanic named Jim (or Jimmy) who loves everything about cars, and I think started studying engines when he was 1. Hes the garage boy-genius. Ive brought both cars back for checkups and oil changes, couple times I didnt even get charged AT ALL. Im not saying this will happen for you, maybe because Im a veteran... The owner is a Vietnam veteran, the selection is always original, the staff is laid back and not pushy, the mechanic is extremely knowledgable, Ive never felt pressured, rushed. Always had a great experience, and am going to the lot today to buy my 3rd car!

I have never had a more terrible experience with a business than I have had here. I was called by Jerry, on multiple occasions, asking when I would be bringing my car I planned to trade in to them and given numbers for the value to actually get there and find out it was all not true. Also, when we mentioned that Chris was the owner we were told that he was not, and that the business apparently isnt even directly in the family any more. Well from the other reviews I have read it sure seems as if he is the owner. After speaking with Jerry and being told that everything he had originally said was not true, and after we told him we wouldnt be making a deal with them, we then ended up talking to Chris who was for some reason asking me why I apparently insuleted his employee Jerry. I guess if deciding not to make a deal with you is insulting then yea Im guilty. As the conversation with Chris continued we found out that Jerry apparently lied about multiple aspects of our conversation that we had, saying I said and did things that were never said or done. I was constantly being overtalked, belittled, and so rudly treated that it amazes me these people continue to collect a paycheck. Shame on you. Call me old fashioned but last time I checked businesses are supposed to make their customers want to come back, not run far away. If you are looking for a place to get your next vehicle and are looking into this place then I urge you to look at one of the other several dealerships (that will treat you so much better) right along that same road. Your experience at a place is everything, and this was more than enough to let me know to stear as far away from this place as possible. If youre going to flaunt that this is a family owned-christianbusiness than youre doing a horrible job modeling it to look that way. Isaiah 29:13 And so the Lord says, “These people say they are mine. They honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. And their worship of me is nothing but man-made rules learned by rote." Also, wanted to add that I just finished reading all the rest of the reviews for this place and noticed some of the comments by the owners reading somewhere along the lines of "This post is irrelevant, It has to do with the precious owners" well, these comments were made within the last 5 years and I know for a fact from being told by Lenny when he was still running the show that that has been a family owned business for years. The people here are a bunch of liars, they will tell you one thing and then take it all back. Makes me sick that they get away with all the wrong that goes on in this place.

Went there looking for a box truck for my business because they sell these specialty type of vehicles. I told them my budget was $10,000-15,000 cash and i was ready to buy this week. They said they would call me back in a couple days, No return call after 3 days so i called them. Said they were at the auction that day and had 3 they were looking at for me and said they would call me back the next day with some numbers. Never did call me so i called back a week later and he tried to tell me he called me on a Tues or Wed and left a message which i never got. But i did get 10 other voice-mails threw out the week. They said that had a 2001 for $11,900 which is way overpriced. I told them no thanks, i already bought a 2010 for $13,800. I dont like to put it to them this way but i hate when dealerships tell u one thing and do another. Just my opinion on my dealings with this place which is now called Auto Sales of Winter Garden.
