We have purchased vehicles with Nalley for the past 30 years and have always used their service department. In the years past we were treated with respect, had great communication through the entire process of repairs, and our vehicles were returned to us in timely manner. For the past year we have had unacceptable customer service, technicians that appear to be untrained /unskilled, and communication has been non existence. On one occasion my husbands truck (Denali) was taken in with a cracked dashboard. They said they would order the part and contact us when it arrived. 3 weeks later we contacted them and they said they had the part. No one had called to tell us. Within 2 months the dashboard cracked again. We contacted Nalley and they said they would order the part again and contact us. 3 months later we called them and they said they had the part in for over 2 months. No one ever contacted us. We made an appointment and dropped the car off. We went back at closing to pick the truck up and they said they had ordered the wrong part and would need to re-order. No one called us all day to tell us this information. We found out when we went to pick the car up at closing. My 2012 Buick air conditioning was not cooling. I took the car in and they claimed nothing was wrong with it. I went on vacation and we didnt have air the entire week. I took the car back and once again they said nothing was wrong. I had to take the car back 3 times before they found the problem. They stated it would take 48 hours to repair. They kept my car for over two weeks without contacting us with any information. They never offered me another car. I had to call them almost daily to find out what the status was. 2 1/2 weeks later I got my car. Again my 2012 Buick is without heat. I took the car in and they said it should be repaired in about 3 days. It has been over 3 weeks and they still dont have the parts. They continue to give us a run around and no one can tell us anything. No one ever contacts us or attempts to help us. Today I finally contacted the GM of Nalley and received a call back. He cannot explain why things have been handled the way they have but the part will be in on Jan. 5th. By then they will have had my car for over a month. No communication through any of the repairs. Poor customer service as if they didnt want to talk with me or simply didnt have the time, and technicians obviously unskilled, and most importantly managers unknowing of any of the problems; I will never purchase another vehicle from Nalley Honda.

Via phone, I secured an interest rate, made a down payment (or so I thought), and asked my salesman specific questions to ensure that there was no damage to the vehicle I was about to purchase and that my trade-in value was substantial. Upon my arrival after a long-distance drive (9hrs), I found a very large chip in the passenger’s side mirror. While I had been guaranteed an interest rate over the phone and subsequently made a down-payment to hold the vehicle and lock in the rate, David Hunt, the financier, informed me that my interest rate had increased from two days prior, stating that they never charged my credit card in case I changed my mind (at their discretion) and said nothing could be done. I was also informed that my truck would only detract $500 from the sales price. David apologized, stating that the salesman was wrong in withholding the trade-in information and offered to let me drive my original vehicle back to Tennessee to sell it person to person. But my wife couldn’t drive a manual transmission. I was stuck. I also specifically asked if my payment and final price included taxes before signing the contract; David assured me that it did. However, upon returning home and applying for tags, the Tennessee DMV stated that my paperwork indicated that no tax was paid. I called David to straighten things out and was told that Nalley Honda had made yet another mistake: He forgot to add tax to my payment, a payment that was already $30 per month higher than the payment I had agreed to over the phone when I made the down-payment and agreed to drive to Georgia. I only had a couple of days left before my tags expired, so I very reluctantly signed a new financial agreement, raising my monthly payments even further, to avoid the tickets and fines for driving with expired tags. I reported this to corporate and heard from a local "investigator" that promised to do an investigation and "fix the situation" but have heard nothing since. No genuine attempt was made to mend my dissatisfaction.

My husband and I went to Nalley two days ago. We were hoping to trade in our 09 Tacoma. We spoke with Jeff Wentworth, Internet Sales Manager as recommended by a family member, about a few different options that would fit our budget. We settled on a 2015 Honda Fit EX. We soon met Duncan Molloy, another Sales Manager at Nalley. He and Jeff went to work on the numbers, getting everything taken care of for us. We have some credit issues and were completely upside down in our payment due to an outrageous interest rate. They ended up significantly lowering our payment, dropping 15% of our interest rate and helping us find the perfect car for our family. And it took only two hours! I dont know how those guys did it but they did. It wasnt like my other car buying experiences. I felt like this was so much more personal. It was more than them just selling us a car, they real-life helped us. I know we made the right decision by buying from Nalley. Im not only happy with our purchase, Im happy with the service and the level of genuine commitment and care that the staff delivered.

My car has had a misfire problem for years. I have taken it to Nalley 8 times. Every time I go, theres another explanation for the misfire and another expense. This problem "wasnt bad enough to reproduce" when the car was under warranty. Then I suddenly needed a new balancing chain, then a new high pressure fuel pump, then an injector, then a timing chain, then another injector, and finally, the excuse is that this is just a normal characteristic of this type of engine due to carbon buildup. So now I just have to ignore the service engine light. They even told me I need to use a fuel additive to clean the intake valves. Its a direct injection engine. The fuel doesnt touch the intake. Thanks for all the expense Nalley. I wish I could remove the one star.

I havent purchased a new vehicle in over 7 years due to divorce and credit problems associated with that. I went to the dealership to look out of curiosity, not intending to buy. I was introduced to Curley the sales manager who informed me that he was confident he could get me financed on a new Honda with minimal down. I was skeptical but he did it! I am happy to say that I am driving a brand new Honda Fit Sport that I love. Get great gas mileage and has unbelievable amounts of space in it! I literally moved out of my house and fit a love seat, an 88 key keyboard and amp and a bunch of clothes in it with the door closed!!!! Very happy with the courteous treatment and deal even tho my credit wasnt perfect. I would definitely recommend Nalley Honda to anyone.
