Loved the car we bought... beautiful vehicle- no problem there. The staff however.... only Ron is a very kind salesman and a responsible employee of this dealership. Couple of horrible experiences. I have been attempting to contact Tabitha for the past 4 months and she has not had the dicensy to even call back. I continuoisly called and left her messages since she was never in her office. The first 2 times she didnt bother to even call back. I left another message (3rd voicemail) on her machine saying that unfortunately if I dont hear back i would have to stop in her office without prior notice. This time she called and left me a message. I called her back and again no answer i left her a voice message. She calls back- and i wasnt around my phone. She left me a message saying we are playing phone tap and i can return her call. I called back in a matter of couple of hours- apologized for being unable to answer my phone and since then which was on December 22nd i am yet to get a call back. I just dont understand why it took her so long to call back in the first place and why if shes working in an office she never responds to an office phone. Additionally- for the past weeks i have been attempting to get a call back from 2 people. I called in with an issue that my brand new X5 was rusting from the outside. Someone was supposed to call me back regarding this - it has been 2.5 weeks and no one has called yet to even have me bring my car in for a check up. On top of that- i have been trying to bring my car in for an oil change. 5 days ago i called to see when i could take my car- left a message - didnt hear back ,although the receptionist said it would take a few minutes to hear back from this person since she was just on the other line. Since this person did not call back, i had to call again. This time some gentleman from service department answered the phone and i wanted to schedule the appointment. He put me on hold, came back and said the computer was having difficulties with scheduling, someone would call me from reception to make the appointment in 10 minutes.... right!!! To this day no one has bothered to call back- 2 different people were informed that i had to being the car in and none of them have called to set an appointment for me. I will never deal with this dealership again. Funny part is, when i went in August for the purchase ,everyone was extra kind and attentive- maybe to make a sale- but now once the car is purchased and out of their lot, they dont care to value the customer. Horrible and irresponsible individuals employed there.

TO ALL WHO PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE FROM HERE READ THIS FIRST: On March 13th 2016 I purchased my 2011 Audi S4 from this dealership and was sold it to by Jim Balala. I drove up from Columbus, Ohio to check this car out and was told over the phone that it was in perfect condition with some minor scratches and whatnot (figured that considering its a 2011 vehicle). After me and my father had gotten to this dealership to drive the vehicle it was parked out front waiting on us (already on) (first suspicious sign considering we were coming from 3.5 hours away). The test drive went well. Didnt notice any clear issues with the vehicle. We ended up purchasing the vehicle right then and there because we were told it checked out and was ready to roll (service done, etc.) after driving 3.5 hours back to Columbus as I turn off the vehicle to get back home the SERVICE DUE warning light came on. The day after we called BMW of Cleveland and Jim had told us that he wasnt aware of this service warning I knew I had done a bad job in doing my homework with the vehicle. I called my nearest Audi certified service center and they told me it would be a 1k service charge and that this service should had been done 10k miles ago. This Cleary shows Jim and his "higher ups" little care to the vehicles they are selling at this facility, and they didnt want to even cover the charge for the service even though I had bought it THAT WEEK. About 3 months later, the transmission began to slip. At this point I had put the Audi up for sale and I had taken a 3k loss on it. I purchased a 2013 BMW X5 from a dealership in TEXAS. Half way across the country. Instead I had done my research, investigated the dealerships reviews, and had the vehicle inspected by lemon squad. I paid $120 for the inspection but I still have it today and couldnt be any happier with my purchase from Ali in Texas. BE WEARY OF THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE OUT TO MAKE QUICK SALES AND DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GET THE VEHICLE INSPECTED BY A THIRD PARTY INSPECTION COMPANY, MIGHT COST YOU $120 BUT WORTH MORE THAN A 3K LOSS. NEVER WILL BE HERE AGAIN. If you want a new BMW too your best bet will be to go to the BMW of Midwestern Auto Group in Dublin, Ohio they are all truthful and care about customer retention.

So, Ive had a number of issues with this dealership, and I am leaving a note about it to folks looking to get service done here. TL:DR up front: Plain and simple, dont. They do shoddy work at best, I suspect they damage other parts in the process, and dont give a flying crap about you as a customer. Over the coarse of 2-3 years, I have taken my car to this dealership about 5 times for maintenance, after the first visit, all of the CDs in my car went missing. I wrote this off as perhaps me forgetting where I put them, or otherwise misplacing them, but in retrospect this should have raised red flags. Next, I had a rear light lamp malfunction, no biggy I thought, got the bulb replaced alongside a standard checkup. Within 2 days, the same bulb in the same taillight was out. I had this replaced again. Within 3 weeks the bulb went out again, I informed the service rep of this thinking there might be an issue with the assembly and his response was "well sometimes that happens" A few months later, I noticed a knocking/rattling coming from the engine compartment, and when I brought it in I was basically dismissed, I received all of 5 seconds attention from the rep before I was dismissed. 3 months ago, against my better judgement, I brought my car in as the traction control light was going off. After having my car for almost 5 days, they informed me of the issue and the fix, I agreed to this, and at the same time asked if there was anything I needed to do as I was going on a road trip of ~3000 miles. They told me "nope". I also at this time attempted to purchase a bra for the front of the car for the trip to help protect against road debris, etc. After asking if they could show me how to attach the bottom half (which has a weird folding metal attachment) I was basically walked from one department to another until I was told they dont do that. 3 months after getting the traction control system replaced, the light went off -again- yesterday. This is beyond ridiculous, Im fortunate that I live in a completely different state and when I go to get this fixed (again) Im making damn sure its done for free.
