This was the best car buying experience I will probably ever have. I went looking for a car on a Thursday morning. I was greeted by a car salesman named Richard and I told him what I could put down and what I wanted my payments to be. He took what I said into consideration and started showing me cars that he knew I would have no problem getting in. I saw a Silver 2010 Chrysler Sebring that I fell in love with. He told me he would do his best to get me into the car and he did. He even went as far as handing me the keys over and told me to go show the car to my mom at her work, across town. I was a first time buyer so I needed moms opinion and help on this. She told me that if we could get the price down a little then we would get it. As soon as I got back to Alpha, he said he could get the price down to exactly where we wanted it. I never even told him what my mom said about getting the price down, he did it on his own accord. This was the most amazing and simple process of buying a car my mom says shes ever had. Jackie was the best! She kept calling me to keep me in the loop about what was going on throughout the financing process. Needless to say, I went looking for a car on Thursday and was in it Friday afternoon, with the payments I wanted. I recommend this car dealership to anyone who comes across it. -Briana T.
